The hotel is new and clean. View is the best with the park landscape and the lake. One thing needs to be improved seriously: The cleaners collect the towels and put them on the floors, event on the elevator's floor.

There was no hot water and the bathroom layout made no sense. There was bathtub in the middle of the bathroom with no curtains to water easily spilled everywhere, whereas the toilet was in the shower area (enclosed). The biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water the two nights I stayed and staff couldn't explain why -- they only told me to understand their situation. Outside of that, the bed was reasonably comfortable and AC worked well.

Clean and modern but a 30 minute walk into town. Surrounded by various eateries North of the lake. Otherwise soso in a soso city where you can't even buy shoelaces in Bitis shoe shop. Breakfast would have been nice given they have a cafe on the roof and downstairs.
