This is a great modern clean hotel in Mae Sot with breakfast included. Within walking distance of many other restaurants and ATMs. Balconies with tables and chairs located on each floor. Would stay here again if I was in Mae sot.

I have stayed in this hotel twice and love it, More like a condo than a hotel. Rooms have a bedroom, kitchen, living room and a huge sitting area outside the rooms. The kitchen has cutlery, crockery,microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Car parking available. Breakfast is adequate.

The rooms were very big and very nicely decorated. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is a bit out of the center but it's only 15 minutes walk. There are a few restaurants just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice size rooms, well decorated. Have nice balcony in front. Large refrigerator and small kitchenette. Indoor parking. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am in Mae sod again.

Reasonably clean hotel with friendly staffs; Thai style breakfast”
1. Staffs are friendly 2. Although it's obvious that this hotel has been around for quite sometime and rooms are not in their brand new conditions, they are well-cared for and with comfy beds. 3. I love the taste of their Thai style breakfast: soup, a Thai stir-fried dish and rice . They also have bread, fruit, orange juice and coffee for people who prefer western style breakfast.

Nice hotel with big room and breakfast”
We enjoyed our stay at Baan Rabiangmai Hotel. We arrived to find out we had gotten a free upgrade. The room was very nice - with a sectioned off sleeping area, couches and small kitchen space. It was clean and our interactions with the staff were positive. The elevator wasn't working while we were there, but we were on the first floor so it didn't affect our stay. The breakfast provided was ok, but nothing special. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel because the location was wrong on the GPS, but when we called for directions we had no problem finding the place. It is close to a restaurant called Famous Ray's. The food is amazing and I had the best burger I've ever eaten in Thailand. Do yourself a favor and please, please visit this restaurant! You won't regret it! Overall, our stay here was good and we would return if we found ourselves in Mae Sot again.

A gem in Mae Sot”
Baan Rabiang Mai was a splendid place to stay in Mae Sot. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff were extremely helpful. For example, we forget the hotel arranges transportation to/from the airport. The manger reminded us and then paid for the taxi. The 4 star rating is definitely deserved, and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Mae Sot.

Beautiful room with everything”
I stayed about 10 days so know this hotel well. The room was huge about like a studio apartment with large fridge, kitchen table, microwave. coffee table, wardrobe, electronic safe. Beautiful furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. It was absolutely perfect room. Only 2 minor drawbacks which are the wi-fi signal could be stronger in the room I was in but it was still okay. And then when I checked out I stepped on a towel with my thongs and it left some mud on the towel and the young maid insisted I pay for the cleaning of the towel. I travel extensively and cleaning of the towels is normally included. It was not a stain and would wash out easily. Even though the cleaning charge was minimal it is the principle of the thing that towels are cleaned by the hotel. I have stayed at beach resorts where the towels got much dirtier and it was normal. So great room and stay overall, just I think one of the maids wanted extra money that was not warranted. But still I give them high marks for their room. The included breakfast was okay but cold, better to go outside to a restaurant for a hot breakfast. Location was great.

It's not made for europeans ;-)”
Well maybe it's unfair to say "this is probably the most emotionless hotel in Thailand". Unfair, because it is probably not made for western traveler. So let me put it this way: If you really have to spend a night in Mae Sot and if the sound of the AC which comes close to a starting airplane does not disturb you and if you don't need a nice breakfast or at least a fresh cup of coffee you do nothing wrong with booking a room here.

We stayed two nights at the hotel for Myawaddy visit. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable with kitchen Cutlery, big refrigerator, bathtub Tesco lotus shopping mall is very near by walk. We found a few restaurants around hotel for dinner.

My traveling group was satisfied with the stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent as they offered a wide range of selection from porridge to toasts and delicacies. The staff was very responsive, polite and courteous. The only downside is the pricey laundry service for a small load. Maybe the clothes were loaded off site and was dry cleaned instead of placed in a washer/dryer because the clothes came back neatly folded, pressed, and most hung in hangers. Overall, the experience at this hotel was very pleasant. I would stay there again in the future.

Great Place to Stay”
The hotel was nice and the room was big and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. I left my purse in the dining room by accident and they put it behind the desk for me until I figured it out. They took me to the bus station when it was time to leave so I didn't have to take a taxi.

A very nice clean hotel with excellent staff. It would be better if one has a car or motorcycle to stay here. It has a big lotus mall within walking distance. It has a lot of space for car parking. The breakfast was good. Overall a good hotel ,excellent value for money.
