Weekend treat”
The buffet breakfast was very nice. There was so much choice. It is next to Ethiad Towers and across the road from Emirates Palace. The view was the rooms in 39th floor was stunning. The bed was so comfortable too. The hotel has a private beach and a pool.

Pros: nice ambience, especially the lobby that stood out on its interiors. With jacuzzi and sauna inclusive on all guest. Nice pool and beach Spacious rooms with a complete amenities and a plus plus factor for the grand restroom. Cons: pillow. Too soft. They shoulve provide a medium soft pillow. But other that than everything was perfect

It's been a very nice experience staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is one of the nicest corner in Corniche area. View from the room is astonish. Nice breakfast, pool area and beach. We love this hotel, we'll recommend it.

When the hotel was fully booked due to the Pope visit, the manager (Hind - she definitely deserves an award) was doing their best to accommodate by shifting to nearby hotels or any other available rooms. Any problem was addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Superb location with spacious, luxurious and comfortable rooms.

Hotel is excellent, however, hotel can improve breakfast quality. rooms have to be ready on time. We booked two rooms. on our arrival at check in time at 3 pm, only one room was ready, other one promised after 20 minutes, and it took an hour!

I was surprised by this hotel, it has an excellent location, excellent rooms, excellent facilities, besides the boring restaurant, but they have a great cafe though. They have a small private beach with an amazing pool, I am definitely planning to come back.

lovely but a little out of town”
the hotel is amazing, very modern and clean but it is a little out of the way. all the restaurants near by are situated in other hotels so you will always pay a premium but if you are further downtown there are many other places to eat. Taxi's are not very expensive and they are always drivers waiting outside the hotel lobby. unfortunately, we asked at reception on a friday morning about visiting the grand mosque to be told that it wouldn't be a problem only to find that a 45 minute taxi ride later it was closed for morning prayers to then have a 45 min rode back!!!!

A Good one but needs a revamp.”
Part of the hotel is utilized as quarantine facility for Covid. Though it does not bother me coz i am a nurse myself who knows all the precautions, this is just for the public to be aware as it’s not mentioned at the time when you are booking. With that being said, the main entrance of the hotel is close, you will have to enter at the side for check-in and do self-parking(yup, there’s no valet parking). It was my first time staying in the hotel but definitely not the first time when it comes to dining. I always love the ambience of the hotel every time i visit but recently it’s doesn’t look the same as I have expected. The place needs some revamp and renovation. Overall stay was nice, they staff were nice and accommodating. They have upgraded our stay to a superior king room. Food in Artisan Kitchen is sumptuous as usual. The pool could have been bigger and the glass wall covering the view of the infinity pool should be removed.

Great service from Francis. Always helpful and pleasant and even got me a kunafa at dinnertime as special request! James was lovely always remembering what our kids like. Bikas was great always rushing around helping customers. Never tires. The kids facilities need to be better like a kids club or play area. Greeting can be better. We reached 4am and were not offered even water or drink on arrival. Most hotels do offer a drink when you arrive. Hotel was clean food should be varied more as it got boring.

We celebrated our anniversary here. Its a nice hotel and beach is okay. We really enjoyed. But the staff doesnt seem to be accommodating, somewhat doesnt feel that it's a 5 star hotel.
