Consistently Top”
The location is excellent within walking distance of the first-time visitor to SGN. The hotel is certainly in the new and very much in the genuinely boutique design. It is open and glassy and "clean." The management is just plain excellent with GM Hugo leading the parade, followed by the sales/marketing manager (name card not with me) and Nam Li who checked us in/out. There was but one negative and in Saigon, like Bangkok, it is insurmountable. There are some clubs and coffee shops 100m away which run loud music. Saigon is a noisy city and the hotel can do nothing about it. The good news is as GM Hugo assured me, they really do "turn off" at 11PM. This wouldn't prevent me from staying there again as I cannot recommend hotel and its take-charge management more highly.

Would absolutely stay again”
As New Yorkers visiting family in Saigon, we felt this USD 100/night hotel was incredible value for the experience, service, and hospitality. The breakfast selection and service was delightful. I did not think it was limited at all. Really high quality ingredients, delicious coffee via a great (albeit automated) espresso machine plus Vietnamese coffee, eggs made fresh to order, a noodle soup that changed every day, the freshest, sweetest baby romaine / mesclun salad mix, and crispy, well-laminated, perfectly buttery pastry options. The cherry tomatoes and salad greens were on par with what we can get at our New York organic co-op. The servers remembered what I liked and would start getting it ready the moment I walked into the gorgeous, airy breakfast room. My few complaints were regarding the bathroom: the blinds in the bathroom were pink on the bottom with mildew, and on our last night, the shower drain was clogged and the shower overflowed, as housekeeping had neglected to clear the drain of hair. We did not know how to access the covered drain catcher to pick up the hair clog, but a reception staff came up to assist. This could have easily been avoided if housekeeping had cleared the drain daily; and perhaps the shower blinds should be made shorter or replaced.

Great location within walking distance of a lot of major attractions. Super friendly staff that were a great help with check in, check out, and any enquiries we had. English speaking staff were a big help and assisted with us learning the language as well! Highly recommend.

We we on long travels and adventure throughout Vietnam, and finaly reached ho chi Minh, so we decided to splurge on some luxury. We were welcomed with pleasant hospitality that we extended our stay from one night to two nights. The rooms was spacious.. my friend and I could have our own me times, as we managed to occupy the cafe area for tea to read, they had a compact gym sufficient for basic workouts on travels, a cozy swimming pool with jacuzzi overlooking parts of the busy nook and corners or ho chi Minh. Continental breakfast was satisfying. They do no practice room service, nonetheless it was not an issue as there were nearby cafes and eateries so we ordered our food in from grab. The receptionist / staff on duty willingly brought the food delivery up to our rooms, so that we did not have to go down to the lobby. Voila, in room dining service you have it. The location of this hotel is strategic with many eateries nearby. lehas cafe next and a french patteserie next door was splendid. All in all we had a great restful stay.

AMAZING HOTEL & STAFF”
Every member of the staff team was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe coming in and out of the hotel with the best security personnels on site. They always walk us out to our Grab car and open the doors for us when entering and exiting the car. The daily breakfast was really good and something my boyfriend looks forward to every morning he wakes up. The location is very close to everything, all walking distance to and from the hotel. I have ordered something on Shopee to the hotel and the receptionist kept it aside for me until I returned. Amazing people and stunning hotel. I can't wait to return. Thank you Bach Suites!

I was visited past few days and I was never give rate for hotel even Hilton also can’t make it but this hotel yes. The receptionist sound are very soft and very friendly. The environment are good and convenient for all the travel location. The front desk will help you contact taxi if you dont know how to use Grab; they will help you bring your luggage to the car; they will open the door assist you go into car; all these you may get at 5 stars hotel, some no. The food overall is good, density is good not many people disturb your breakfast. All chefs or crew are friendly

A charming boutique hotel nestled amongst the central city monuments. This hotel is a secluded escape from the bustling city, hidden right off the doorstep of all the traffic and commotion of the city. So close to everything you'll need and yet private enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Elegantly designed and appointed. The breakfast menu is limited, but your in Saigon in amongst many amazing food options whichever way the wind takes you. It can get a little noisy on the weekend from the parties and karaoke clubs nearby but for the location it's worth the distraction.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was really helpful and extraordinary nice. The rooms were not that spacious but very cozy. The bathroom was clean and really nice. All in all it was absolutely great. The food is excellent and I hope the cleanliness and interior will be the same after a few years. If so, I will definitely come back. You can walk to the any locations which I highly recommend if you want to feel the vibes and see the neighborhood. Hotel was brand new, they just opened a few weeks before. Looks like a 5 star hotel. Definitely one fo the best hotel, the bed is wonderful, the room well decorated and well lit. Have a simple spread for breakfast but the food are all good quality, well prepared and delicious. One of the few hotels that provide free minibar, simple pleasures.
