This was our last resort since all the hotels and hostels were fully booked due to our event in SMX. Thankfully I found this listing that can accommodate five people.It wasn’t that near from the venue but it is good enough since we brought a car with us. They had three rooms but only one room was with aircon. Good thing the living has an aircon. Rooms were clean and comfortable to sleep. Restrooms were also clean. They provide you with liquid soap and shampoo. You have to buy your tissue and everything else, good thing the grocery and pharmacy were accessible, just right outside the subdivision. Plus points for the netflix.

I like everything in it. the location is nice though a bit far from the town proper but since we were in a group of 4, GRAB service was practical. The house itself was very nice, in fact I really love it. 3 rooms (1 with AC) upstairs with bathroom (w/ H & C). Downstairs, a living room w. AC and Flat screen CATV with wifi, a dining area with cute chandelier, a ref, oven/stove and rice cooker. Also, it has another bathroom. You should try it and you'll agree with me. :) The owner though we did not meet him personally was very accommodating whenever we had questions. He even emailed me beforehand. We met caretaker instead. She assisted us and showed the house. She was nice too.
