We just stayed at this location and sadly the whole house smelled like it hasn’t been opened for a long time. There are a lot of cockroaches and it just doesn’t smell like moldy but it also smelled like cockroach especially in the bathroom sink. The day we arrived the common bathroom is not working. Also, the common area is very small and they should not accept 9 people with this size. I am so sorry but this property is very poorly maintained

Our group was pressured to leave the apartment at 11am since the cleaners were already at the doorstep or else we should pay addl 500 pesos /hr of overstaying. Would about 15 mins addl time extension for some finishing touches be a great deal to them, wherein big hotels in the area gives in to this ko d of request? What a way to earn addl income. Praise to you. Plus parking slots are limited. . So we would not recommend the place to be a convenient one to stay in Baguio.

We loved this property a lot! ❤ ❤ ❤ The unit is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are able to accommodate our 5-pax group. The owners were very responsive with our messages and requests, and provided complete details about our ooking and travel to Baguio. The place is also perfect for those who want to work-from-the-mountains - their wi-fi connection is strong the location of the property allows you to have your own quiet space. Except for a few bed bugs on one of the beds and the irregular availability of the water heater, everything was in great condition. These 2 concerns were properly addressed by the owners too, and we truly appreciate their exceptional service. The whole condo has an in-house cafe and restaurant too where you could order food, and is also accessible by food delivery. We would definitely be back next time.

Fantastic and cozy stay at Bristle Ridge Condominium ”
Our stay was fantastic. The place is clean and only a few minutes drive to all tourist spots. The three bedroom spacious condominium is in the corner, with verandas on both sides. So fresh chilly breeze passes through the room which we always enjoy everytime we visit Baguio. This also constantly exchange air in the room with fresh, UV from the sun disinfected air. We also went to the building's rooftop where we enjoyed the sun, view and fresh air which our elderly mother enjoyed dearly. It is great place for family with (or without) kids and group of friends since it can accommodate up to 8 visitors.
