Hotel Location - 5 star! Very accessible sa Taxi and Jeepney. Walking distance from Sage restaurant, very close to Victory Liner, pwede lakarin kung tutuusin, from there may Jollibee na and 7-11. The Hotel itself - The reception area is nice, may lounge are so hindi ka naka harang sa entrance while waiting for your turn to be assisted by their staff. Maluwag ang mailis ang kada sulok mg hotel, even the elavator is really clean, ganda pa mg ambiance habang paakyat, very worthy of an elevator selfie or groupie. Our Room - We rented a couple deluxe room, very nice and clean as well. The Bathroom has hot and cold shower, may pa libreng shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. Gusto ko yng tiles sa shower area kasi madaling matuyo. Walang AC yung room, pero okay lang kasi di naman kailangan may ceiling fan na malaki, plus may sliding door naman going to the balcony, pag bukas mo fresh air na agad ng Baguio. Yung balcony maganda ang view, you can see the mountains of Benguet at lakas maka abroad feels dahil sa Pine tree view namin. Staff - Very friendly, responsive sila dito sa Agoda ang pag tumawag ka sa phone sagot agad, dami ko nga tanong siguro mga 1000 pero sinagot naman nila lahat. Yung mga receptionist nila friendly din, very accomodating! Parking - asa likod ng building yng parking, malawak naman sya, yung ibang rooms kita mo yng parking so good yn pag may sasakyan kang dala.. The Nook - Masarap yung breakfast at panalo ang salad! Friendly din yung mga staff at chill lang yng restaurant.. For now wala pa silang GCASH pero may CC and Debit Card naman sila... Overall 5 star rating, budget friendly pero di tinipid ang service at amenities..

Best Place to Stay ❤”
We arrived at the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time but still the staff accommodated us to have an early check-in (with an additional fee). We love the ambience of the hotel— it is nice, clean and very quiet. The room we got has a balcony with an overlooking view of a mountain. It also has a minimalistic style. The room has enough complimentaries— shampoo, conditioner, vanity kit, toothbrush, bottled water, coffee/tea. The water heater is well-functioning. We just hope next time they will add a hair dryer on the room. Hehe! The food from Nook Cafe (free breakfast) is also good! As for the location, it is very accessible to SM Baguio, Sky Ranch, Session Road etc. Also, the hotel is just a walking distance from the Victory Liner Terminal. Overall, we love the place! If we'll gonna visit to Baguio again, we'll definitely book a room on this hotel again. Not to mention, their room rates are very budget friendly. 👌

First time in Baguio- GOOD EXPERIENCE”
I don't do reviews, but I made an exception to this one, It was our first time on Baguio and we picked this hotel because it was the cheapest with breakfast included. We ran into some room problems when we checked in, got stressed for a minute but staff was really nice and accommodating so the problem was solved quickly, they are very polite and inclined to help. The room is clean, the cabinet is clean, which is nice because we usually experienced dusty cabinets on other hotels, the room has TV, toiletries are replenished everyday if you asked, free bottled water as well. What we also love is the breakfast, you have 5 options which is all delicious as we tried different ones everyday. No hassle its just downstairs, no need to think hard where to eat breakfast, they also have a variety of foods in their restaurant which is also fairly priced, they also have pastries and we love the cream puff. So yeah overall we rate it 5 stars as we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Le Fern Hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, check-in is @2pm but they accept as early in the morning (10am) without any extra charges. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect location near tourist spots in the Baguio.

Worth the money, very accomodating staff 👍”
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, the experience was wonderful and the reviews of this property in Agoda are actually spot-on! The room was spacious and clean. Lucky that we were able to book a room that has a balcony and air-conditioner on it, the mountain view would be better if you are situated on a higher floor. However, I find the hot shower controls a bit confusing, and the water usually takes time before it gets hot. The soundproofing of the room must also be enhanced, since we can hear the background noise of the hallway from the inside and we can assume that they can hear our voices too from the outside. Lastly, there are no refrigerators in the room. I think, this would be a good addition in your amenities since some of the goods that we bought requires refrigeration. Their complimentary breakfast has a big serving and also delicious as well. Though unfortunately, we weren't able to try their corned beef since it is not available during our stay but that is fine with us since their Longganisa and Tapa are good. With regards to the entire staff, all of them are friendly and accomodating (kudos to Shane and Angelica). The security guard also helped us in finding a taxi on our last day. With regards to the location, you can walk from the hotel to SM Baguio for 10 mins via Skyranch access road, Victory Liner Bus terminal for 8 mins and the Cathedral for 15 mins. Session Road is accessible via the side entrance of SM Baguio. Hailing a taxi from the hotel front is easy at daytime, but however, it can be a bit challenging during the night time. Despite of the room for improvements that we mentioned, we are satisfied with our stay and will definitely go back here and also recommend this hotel to our peers.

The location was close to Camp John Hay, and has great nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, there's an aircon, which is quite rare in Baguio hotels.

Serene Hotel”
It's one of the best hotel I've stayed in Baguio so far: the place is quiet, the room and facilities are clean, good mountain view, and very nice ambient lighting. Staffs are nice, helpful, and friendly. The included breakfast with brewed coffee is great as well. The location of the place is great, it is generally quiet even if it is near key city locations like Victory Liner bus station, SM Baguio, Session Road, and Markets. A highly recommended hotel.

If you are just a commuter this is the place for you. It's just 10 minutes walking distance from Victory Liner terminal. 15 minutes away from SM Baguio and the Cathedral. Also walking distance from Burnham park. Really really near the town proper.

The hotel was exceptional”
It was a 4 days 3 nights stay with my family (including one child and a senior citizen). The place was so clean, the location is walking distance to victory liner bus station. The front desk (the person last December 30, 2019 around 3pm) - I forgot her name sorry but she was really kind and polite. I will commend her for her excellent customer service. The food was palatable and the menu was kid friendly too! They love the breakfast and also the menu at the Nook. The only con is that we have to use the stairs but it was not really an issue because our room is just located at the second floor. Also the staff mentioned that they are fixing the elevator already. Hopefully on our next visit it will be functional. I will surely come back and will recommend this place.
