The Location is Good,but inside in not.Pwede sa hindi choosy. It’s look like Old Hotel ,pero on going ang renovation. Maingay lang talaga,kung pagod ka makakatulog ka ng di mo na mapapansin ung noise outside. No Aircon ,electric fan only pero ok na din kasi ung weather Cold.

We arrive at the hotel at 11:30am and asked to check-in but was informed that our room is not yet ready because the guest before us has not checked-out yet. I told them that according to Agoda their check-in time is at 11am. They said it is really 2pm but if there is availability, then we can check-in earlier. This should be stated clearly in Agoda and not claim that check-in is at 11am. Since we have no choice, we opted to eat lunch and go around Baguio first before checking-in. We arrive at 3:15pm, fully hoping our room is ready but to our disappointment, it is NOT. They said the guests have not checked-out yet. We have been traveling since 2am and we're very tired by this time. When we were finally able to check-in. The room is very dark. All lights are dim light. The balcony is connecting to the exhaust of the other hotel because the sound carries to the room up to midnight. It is SO NOISY! Apparently,they already know this when I asked to be transferred to a different room the next day since the staff who assisted us were aware of how loud the sound is. Staff in the reception is ok, but staff in cafe melodin is NOT.If the meal is missing 1 item, they should inform the customer but we were not informed. No offered replacement either. We still paid it in full though. I booked this hotel despite the bad reviews on it being old, because it says staff is nice but well, I guess not all are nice.

We requested 11am check in and they approved it. But when we arrived they are unable to provide the promised service! They let us wait 3 hours after to get in. The worst part it ruined our etinerary!! The bed sheet has a pubic hair and the warm shower is broken, so we need to used the tabo and get a warm water from wash basin. The atmosphere of the hotel and the room is not welcoming, its kinda creepy because of the lighting. Big Dissatisfied customer here, I hope you may consider to renovate or improve the facilities - carpet, shower lights to fit into the hotels name.

Location is Great but…”
I love the location of the hotel, and what great about it is that it is pet frienly just make sure that your pets have their cages and they need to have pampers since the floor is carpeted. It is an old fashioned hotel, and the carpet is not cleaned enough, and the comfort rooms need to be updated, however all in all our stay was comfortable

The price per night is lower compare to others however the location of the hotel base on road map is not conveniet for walking travellers, the room is a bit old in style and no bidey , where located on thirdfloor and the wifi cannot be used ay all

I love the location of Baguio Palace Hotel, it is walking distance from Burnham Park, the staff are very nice, the room is clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the BPH. You get the value for your money. The room we got is simple but clean and all in all, it was a great experience for us.

Found toilet plugged and overflowing upon arrival and garbage in drawers and no remote for TV. Note this hotel does not have air-conditioning. Staff were Awsome for restaurant and Great for front desk and front door. Room cleaning I would give a 3 out of 10. Rented two rooms, other room a lot less issues, hope this helps future customers.
