It was horrible! We did not want to stay”
I would never stay there again? After only one day we wanted to leave but they would not give refund so we were forced to stay. The food was horrible. I could not even get an instant coffee. I ordered room service and they told me they were too busy!! I got angry and went to the front desk to confront them and when they realized that I was angry after yelling at them, they agree to deliver food which was not good. I would not recommend this place for anybody who is foreigner, speaking english! They do not speak English and certainly DO NOT cater to their needs at all. Service is terrible and they have staff sitting around doing nothing all day? We left after 3 days of our 5 day trip and told them we did not even care about the money and we would never be back but I am sure they don't care!

Great resort, lovely location but pool was dirty ”
We were the only guests at the whole resort - low season. Staff everywhere to serve us. Food was very nice, but the orders got mixed up a few times. Some difficulty with comunication due to their poor understanding of English language- but they do try. We booked in for eight nights but left after five as they were suffering electrical power outages and the pool was so poorly maintained that we could not swim in it. Very peaceful. Lovely walking areas and beach. Great value and I would like to go back in the high season.

Beautiful room, lovely scenery”
We really enjoyed our stay. We were the only ones there due to it being off season. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, as the spa/massage was not open due to the hotel being empty, and we were not able to enjoy the pool and beach due to weather, but I expect it would have been gorgeous in the summer months. Breakfast is just average, but the food we ordered for dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, lucky for us as it is a resort so you are not able to venture out and look for other options. All in all a pleasant experience.

Beautiful place”
Great place in a beautiful setting. Definitely low season, which you could tell by the fact that the pool was only half full and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Staff was friendly, although in the restaurant no one spoke any English. In the room not all the lights worked and some of the curtains wouldn't open. They also didn't have any English channels as the hotel guide proclaimed.

Beautiful hotel off the beaten track, poor service”
off peak when we were there. staff did not speak english. no hot water, staff did not explain or show us around, chef burnt the food and very little available from the menu, majority of what we asked for they did not have. obvious we where there off peak as hotel empty, the female staff ok but others did not appear to be interested in us. managers sat with television blairing whilst we were having our meal. chef cooked and delivered our food in his out door clothes. beautiful location, very diappointed in the service. of the eight hotels on our tour this one is at the bottom of the list solely on service.

Good escape location from Hanoi”
very good beach resort in the northern part of vietnam, only 45' by plane or 4 hours by car from hanoi. beach is clean, quiet. staff is friendly but unprofessional. unattended children everywhere. this is not a place for foreigners but very good for money. the room is spacious, clean. the toilet is modern and clean too. they do a proper room service every morning. just remember not to leave your door open for too long otherwise flies will come and enjoy the room with you. pros: nice and quiet place cons: poor breakfast service, not many choice, many guests smoke in air-con close-door restaurant which is very disgusting

Dit was een van de beste resorts tot nu toe in vietnam . Echt een goed , betrokken stel mensen die alles doen om je goed te helpen. Lekker eten en drinken in het restaurant. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Het is niet het goedkoopste maar ach , af en toe mag dat wel . mooie zwembaden !

Dịch vụ chưa tốt”
Kỳ nghỉ lễ 30/4 vừa rồi gia đình chúng tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ dài và hành trình của chúng tôi là: Hà Nội – Quảng Bình – Đã Nẵng – Huế - Nghệ An – Hà Nội. Ở Quảng Bình, chúng tôi nghỉ tại Sun spa resort, Đà nẵng nghỉ Pullman, Huế - Ana Mandara và Nghệ An – Bãi Lữ resort. Không thể so sánh về chất lượng resort vì đẳng cấp và giá cả khác nhau nhưng về dịch vụ thì có vài điểm sau: Chúng tôi đã book phòng tại Bãi Lữ 2 ngày 2-4/5, về phòng ốc cũng không có gì quá tệ nhưng về dịch vụ thì rất kém. Đồ ăn sáng: Không phục vụ buffe vì ít khách: Rất đúng. Nhưng việc mỗi pax chỉ được order 1 món ăn sáng và chất lượng bữa ăn quá tệ là không được. Vì dịp nghỉ lễ đã hết nên khách vắng, vì vậy bãi biển rất vắng và đẹp, yên bình. Chính điều này là nguyên nhân chính để chúng tôi quyết định sẽ nghỉ lại đây 1 đêm (mặc dù đã book 2 đêm) chứ nếu không sau bữa sáng chúng tôi đã check out ngay lập tức. Tệ là khi check out thì nhân viên lễ tân báo là nhân viên chuyển đồ hôm nay không đi làm nên chúng tôi phải tự chuyển hành lý của mình?... Trên đây là 1 vài claim của chúng tôi khi nghỉ tại Bãi Lữ. Nói tóm lại là thiếu chuyên nghiệp và chưa xứng tầm resort nghỉ dưỡng. Năm nào chúng tôi cũng đi Đà Nẵng ít nhất 1, 2 lần và lần nào cũng vô cùng relax và hài lòng, muốn được quay lại mặc dù giá phòng có thể cao nhưng chúng tôi chấp nhận vì thấy xứng đáng.

Tôi và gia đình thực sự thích khu nghỉ này, nhất là tụi trẻ con được bơi thoải mái, có vẻ thích hợp cho người già như mẹ tôi, tuy phòng nghỉ nhỏ, nếu khách sạn nghiêm túc cải thiện vài trục trặc như điều hòa không chạy, đồ ăn còn đơn điệu. Không có nhiều lựa chọn về quán ăn, chỉ thích hợp với những gia đình có xe riêng.
