The place is really old and shabby. The rooms and beddings were dirty. Shower and toilets are okay.

Well, on arrival everything seemed fine, a little less in quality than others we had paid less for but still the best price we could find for Mae Sot. The bed was uncomfortable as the springs stuck out and you couldn't really lock the door when you were inside, only with a padlock on the outside. The wifi didn't reach the room but the room was very spacious and quite light with a window that was covered in a net. The bathrooms were satisfactory and the location was convenient for food and the bus station.

The stay was very minimal, but that is what I expected with the prices so low. You get a small room with a fan and a bed on the ground. It is all you need with no extra frills - which you shouldn't expect at this price.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the guy who works there give you very accurate information about crossing to Myanmar and he even offered me a ride to the border. The location is OK and WIFI works perfect. However, they need to paint and take more care of the building, it is very depressing and gloomy. My room was only a matress on the floor and that was it, althought it was clean.

Family and staff running are very responsive and helpful though some limits to English. Location is less good for someone who does not want to spend on taxi, though you can walk downtown in 20- 30 minutes. Clean, quiet, wifi access is good but not available early in day. One of least expensive alternatives for this city. Probably has very good long term rental rates and you can rent a local bike or motorcycle in Chiang Rai.

Cheap stay perfecr for overnight stay before you enter myanmar. Basic clean rooms, quiet surroundings and clean shared bathrooms. Internet is good. If you get a chance, go to Ray's Burgers - best burgers in Asia.

格安ホテルで宿泊費を抑えることができました、が！４月猛暑のFAN部屋はかなりキツかったです！風通しがなく部屋内は３６度以上でした。朝と夜は多少涼しくなります。ホテルから空港までバイタク便５０バーツ。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーの方で安心でした。近くにローカル食堂がありバンコクより気持ち安いです。
