The location is far from the main tourists spots (beach, foods, resto, views,etc) which makes it sort of scary if you want to have a nightlife near the Sabang beach. No lightings in the streets and scarier if you prefer to go back here thru walking at night. Disappointed to with their so called "swimming pool". The water in the pool comes from deep well/ down the soil which makes it browny muddy during rainy season.

hello po, im sorry it take a long while to retrieve our account. i'd like to apologize for your bad experience at our place and i take full responsibility. please know that our place is now being manage with new and much more responsible caretaker and staff, we are located just few minutes to Sabang beach area which is just accross the main road. our swimming pool being cleaned 2x a week or more to ensure it is crisp and clean, during rainy season i admit that water from our free flowing would emit some sand and really we needed a filtering system that we will need to work on. i will take this review with a grain of salt and hoping that we can improve our place and services as we aim to delight our valued guest. we sincerly apologize mam.your honest remark will be our reminder to do our best. We've seen not so good reviews on this place but still we tried to give it a shot. It was because they've posted on their fb about some of the renovations they've made. However, regrets came in the end. The staff was not totally accommodating and nowhere to be found when you need them. We even checked out just leaving the keys on top of our bed since no one was there to get them. The location of the guesthouse house was 3 mins away from the main road, NOT from the beach. No lights along the way towards the main road so we have trouble going to places at night. NO wifi on any part of the resort although it described it's facility with "wifi in public places". The pool and water from the comfort rooms were not clear. The waters came from the river and they don't look like totally filtered. The bed was just clean and okay. Our stay would have been better if we have stayed in some other place. The place was not worth it for our money at all. They better improve their place and services.

After 3 days housed in this hotel, we left it with bad environment with the staff. At the first day, we waked up early because the staff was listening the music very high. The last day, when we were sleeping, the brother's owner began to sing with a karaoke at 3 am very strong. We spoke to him two times to stop the music and he didn't do it. Always staff try to sell you all type of services with high prices. The hotel and the room are nice and clean but there isn't wifi. The toilets hasn't toilet paper neither hot water.

Great place to stay if you're not out for luxury resorts ”
A lovely place with different bamboo huts. All equipped with aircon and own terrace. Cheap laundry Service and very familiar housing. The staff is friendly, the huts are very clean. The outside pool is maintained with fresh water from the river, no chlorine used. Lovely environment, great for a hangout and near the village center and beach.

A place to avoid”
After our arrival we found the place to be nothing like the web site said. We decided not to stay there and went looking for another place.no manager on duty...one room in a bamboo hut approximately 3 meters by two meters...no bed only dirty mattress on floor..no blanket...dirty pillows..shared bathroom was really more of an outhouse..no mirror..no towels..no toilet paper..no hot water.. located down a dirt road next to a river...plenty of mosquitoes.. We would have been more comfortable camping in a tent with an air mattress. I intend to contact Customer Support after my stay in PI
