We had our Anniversary at Bali Villas and definitely did not disappoint, from check in to check out everything was smooth. Floating breakfast was also a plus for the experience. Definitely would recommend.

Too pricey yet the villa is dirty! ANTS everywhere! (towels, bed, tables, chairs, cabinet and all over the place!) There's a lot of big cockroaches on pool side. During our stay we saw 2 rats, in the kitchen and inside the room. Smelly sponge on kitchen, dirty and rusty utensils. Too far from the beach. OVERALL: never again and will never recommend.

Nice hotel but far from establishments”
The "villas" got their own private pools which is good. Breakfast is really nice!! Rooms takes some time to cool down and internet is not that strong inside the rooms. The place is far from the main establishments so we had to order food delivery all the time. Also the road near the hotel is not that nice. There are dogs inside but they don't bite/bark.

Services and Facilities can improve”
The architectural look of the villas is beautiful but the facilities weren't maintained well. Cutleries are rusty; doors' locks are broken; there are so many stray cats and dogs; one night a stray cat jumped in our villas from the roof and messed up the bins and rugs; all security deposit boxes are broken as well. On the good side, the reaort is 3mins away from the airport and partner tour guides are the best! If you are budgeted, this place could be a good option. I'm sure few months from now they surely have fixed the things mentioned above.

The Villa is good but we didn’t like the service when we left. They asked us to pay for the towel because there were stains on it but it wasn’t our fault, we tried explaining that a stray cat has been lurking and wandering around the property. We put the breakfast on the table, when we got out of our room, the cat was already on the table and spilled the cup of coco on to the towel. We tried to explain but the staff didn’t listen. It’s not about the money but it’s how they handled the situation. Also, they threw our food out even when we told them not to before we left for our city tour.

Complete Privacy without sacrificing Fun”
We booked Bali Villas as our first hotel as a newly wed couple. We arrived early and the check-in is not until 2PM, since my husband is fond of motorbike we rented one which was arranged by the reception. We were able to roam around panglao and eat lunch in Bohol Bee Farm while our 2 check-in baggaged was gladly secured by the hotel even if we haven't checked-in yet. Amazing breakfast by the pool, the room and vinicity are all clean and pristine. My husband forgot some charger extension and they also have one available for guests. You can also order from other restuarants and/or eat and cook your own food inside your villa. Overall, if you are in for a private, secluded room/space to recharge, this is perfect for you. Everything else is perfect apart from the breakfast which consist 2 pancakes, 2 slices of watermelon, 2 cups of coffee, 2 pcs of small bacon and 4 eggs. Staff were all very nice though and the place is clean.

정말 공항에서 너무나 가깝지만 트라이시클 200페소나 부릅니다 그리고 조식과 숙소의 컨디션은 매우 만족하며 입실 후 시트커버가 찢어져 있어서 숙소측에 말해서 확인을 받았습니다 단점은 룸 청소후 어메너티 교환이나 타월 교환은 없었습니다 그리고 온수가 바로 나오지 않고 시간이 조금 걸립니다

我於1/25入住1/27退房,入住VILLA 3號房 關於住宿地點: 地點偏僻,周邊沒有任何店家,晚間也沒有客房送餐服務 因此要吃晚餐的話建議到車城約莫10-15分鐘的Alona beach 關於房間整體: 第一晚房內並沒有準備吹風機及棉被(只有床單) 但是因為我們抵達時間很晚,急著出門用餐回來才發現 這時飯店人員也已經下班,無人可協助 另外洗澡水量小,熱水忽冷忽熱,第二天下午有請人來修繕,但並沒有實際改變 飯店提供的一次性備品打開都已經發霉無法使用 關於服務: 飯店人員的服務100分 只要經過櫃檯都會詢問是否需要提供協助 第二晚我們不慎將行李箱反鎖 也在晚間協助我們請下班回家的水電叫回來幫忙打開 這點非常感謝飯店的幫忙 但還是希望飯店可以改善硬體設備
