Had trouble with the code, could not get a hold of anyone- either the after hours number, email, or in person. The person working at the bar showed great customer service and made sure we got in.

We have been here before and one of the main reasons for choosing this was the kids splash pad area- with no reason or notice we were told it was closed for maintenance (looked like it had been for a while). House pool away not heated until the third or fourth day of our stay.

The Resort is really clean and spacious. I call after hours and some one responded really quickly and helped me really nice. Really good experience in Balmoral Resort Florida.

Comfortable, main pool was nice, relaxing, clean, peaceful, great drinks, great loaded fries and pizza my son had a wonderful birthday weekend however I recommend taking your own cooking pans or pots cookie pan etc. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up.

Pool house was very strong on the bleach couldn't enjoy it much it irritated skin and eyes. So we spent the day at the main pool. Better direction on main page or something because it took us to the back gate over and over. The address on back gate was much better. Oh and unfortunately the kiddie area was closed for maintenance I received a message 2 days prior to arriving.

The water park is amazing! Our kids got so excited, we had great time.

The dishes could be cleaner. Coffee maker without filter was a bit off. Minimum kitchen staff (salt&pepper, cooking oil etc) would be nice addition.

loved that all the rooms had bathrooms and the pool is kid friendly. communicating with the resort is super easy and they’re very prompt. property is very clean.

The home is great and the water park was awesome.

Have issue first day with the home code key. Had two emails with different codes, have to figure out on my own because they don't answer phones or email calls. Installations need more maintenance. Swimming Pool at home the floor wasn't clean and have a lot of clorox. Internet service at the home was slow that sometimes was impossible to stream a movie. Found cockroach at the kitchen.

The house was very spacious.

There were too many cockroaches and too much noise from football field from early to very late at night.

The house was spacious and it was wonderful to have a personal pool. The lake view was beautiful and we saw sandhill cranes every morning.

The “full kitchen” was very very sparse. not even a cutting board or spatula.

the convenience was wonderful! the kids loved spending time at the community pool and the private pool after LEGOLAND.

A couple of things came up but the staff was very responsive and addressed them right away to make it right.

What I would recommend is more amenities like trash bags toilet paper and more pods to cook and also the quality of the dish detergent it was poor The quality of the towels also

It was a very nice neighborhood. The house was comfortable and spacious. The pool was great!

The property needs more blankets. And I think the beds should have comforters.

Upon check in the AC was not working . we were left 5 hours without AC and if it wasn’t for repeated calls , the staff definitely would have left us that way . You pay a pretty penny to rent these homes and no party should be allowed to check in if something is not functioning in the home . No apologies , no follow up call from management, and definitely no type of reimbursement.

I liked the size of the house as it accomodated our group of 8 easily

We didn't like the fact that most of the bed slats were broken and the mattresses would sink and also the mattresses themselves were super uncomfortable. What really upset us were the amenities, there weren't any mostly. One roll of paper towels, no salt paper, even th coffee maker didn't have the permanent filter it comes with. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the whole 4 day stay and washer dryer but no detergent. Same with dishwasher, only enough for one wash. I am an Airbnb/VRBO host myself with couple properties for large groups and I find that unacceptable. Iron provided, but no ironing board. So many misses and the worst part is the checkout time is 10 am.. i cannot reason with that truly. Not to mention there weren't enough towels provided for the group. I clearly mentioned ahead how many people would be coming. The house is pretty modern as a construction but the way it is managed, it is very poor and unprofessional. Most of their bed linen was over used and the threads were showing. Truly quite disappointed.
