Was not able to use my overnight paid booking since I could not leave MM because of Taal eruption. Hotel agreed that I could use my booking on a different date, same room type or pay for any price difference if any. Very responsive to all my messages, very quick to reply. I chose hotel because of good location, affordable rate, simple but sufficient for a short stay. Once I can leave for Dipolog, will stay at this hotel. Thank you Bamboo Inn and staff (especially the staff replying to my online messages)!

The place is cheap and is kinda old, The advantage of staying on this hotel is that the location is good, though there is no parking space, and is kinda cheap if your looking for a budget hotel to stay at. The rooms are not so clean but because of the cheap price, then i guess it what you pay for.

The common CR toilet water that comes out of the faucet has mosquito worms coming out from the faucet it could means the water tank is not clean!!! Very Dirty rooms had cockroaches and rats!

Bamboo Garden Business Inn is a good place to stay while in Dipolog. It is very near the Boulevard's entrance which is just few blocks away and it's also near the airport. Few steps from the Inn is the market and the main highway which gives you plenty of options where to dine and shop. Surprisingly internet works well for me since my accommodation was at the ground floor. My only concern is that the staff was rude. The one who greeted me was a male (a bit old and grumpy) staff who were upset and blabbered a lot about my arrival saying he wasn't aware. Agoda didn't notified them or the management didn't notify him but I had to wait at least 30minutes to be accommodated and to be given a room. He keeps on talking about how he was underpaid and alot of things which makes me realize that their staffs were poorly trained and it's the only reason why staying here, you have to be cautious of that fact. Otherwise, good location, value for money and otherwise good experience. Stayed last September 2016.
