We really enjoyed our stay at Bambu Villa, a very relaxing take away from our busy schedule. Our room is clean and has its basic amenities, we have the pool side view. The staffs are all friendly and accomodating. Food is great, the oven brick pizza and pasta is a must!

If you want a quiet place to relax, best place to be. Pool is great. The place is well maintained and always clean. Love the plants and trees around. The staff are very nice. Limited food menu for those who only eat vegetables and seafood. But overall, the family had fun and enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Kuya Rommel at the restaurant who took care of our needs.

UNRESPONSIVE CONTACT NUMBER”
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOUR CONTACT NUMBERS THIS PAST FEW DAYS BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON THE SAME TIME OF STAY. The first booking was cancelled without me doing anything and was automatically charged for the cancel fee ON THE DAY OF OUR TRIP. So needed to rebook and was charged again. CAN ANYONE HELP US FROM BAMBOO RESORT? It’s just DISAPPOINTING because of staff was good and food was great but CONTACTING THE HOTEL HAS GIVEN US A LOT OF THE STRESS.

Rustic charm”
A nice midweek getaway, quiet and friendly staff. The resort has a rustic charm, clean but a little worn. Features a good size pool, and terraced garden down to a pebble beach and dive shop. Reasonable, compared to more pricy newer resorts in Anilao.

Pros: - very accomodating staffs - food tastes good - peaceful and not crowded - free buffet breakfast Cons: - expensive food and drinks (tiger costs 170 pesos each) - shower water tastes like filtered sea water (weird) - pool is not so clean

We stayed here in Bambu Villa during our stay in Batangas. The Staffs are very acoomodating and helpful in our needs. Did not enjoy much of this hotel because of the bad weather.

Rowdy Chinese Tourists”
It’s past 12mn and these Chinese nationals got drunk and became noisy and slamming doors. And staff on duty seems to not care at all. They are ruining the whole vibe of the resort.

Nice quick getaway”
We stayed in Bambu Villa during the long weekend last Aug 27-29, 2016. The place was nice and the location just right. The resort would've been nicer if it was still well maintained and polished. Take note that the mobile signal is spotty in most of the areas of the resort - which is good if you really want peace and quiet. Kudos to the staff and resort manager, John, for being accommodating all throughout our stay. They were really helpful when they arranged our intro dive and even went out of their way to talk to us and ask us about our dive.

Nice low scale cosy resort”
As we were the only guests we were treated like a King, weather was a bit disappointing but still some good dives. All resorts in Anilao are for diving only, so as Bambu. Good facilities. Nice staff and everything is possible for a reasonable price Only bad experience was power problems and mosquitoes, don't know if you can make the hotel accountable for that :)

Perfect place to relax”
The place to be if you just want to relax, say for a weekend. As with other resorts in Mabini, beach resorts don't really have beaches. You go there for scuba diving. The place has a pool at least if you still want to take a dip.

Weekend Chill”
We enjoyed ourselves. The crews are very nice and accommodating. The place well maintained. The bed is soft and clean. We went there to relax and we achieved it. Double check to the music they are playing in the resort. The only cons limited food choice. If you're with family better to bring some ready to eat food. Free breakfast is good though.

Relaxing stay, excellent staff”
My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. In spite of the fact that we were the only people in the resort for Christmas Night, they were very attentive and made the experience perfect! I would definitely return. I also dove with their dive shop and enjoyed the dives.

Decent and cozy”
Resort is decent, but rate is on a per person basis (4k++), which is quite high, if you are booking directly with the resort. So if you are a couple, rate x2, could have had a 5-star resort already. Food is delicious. Staff are always smiling and greets you all the time. Cozy and not crowded so service is more intimate. Just a lot of (stray?) dogs around that are likely to swim in the pool, which makes it a little off.

RELAXING AND HOMEY”
the staff were so so nice and hospitable. They always made sure we were doing fine in the resort. Plus, it’s a good diving area and the dive master really knows his stuff and made sure we were safe under water. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
