The place is overall dark and seems abit old. Bathroom is not very clean. Space is not as pictured.

Tiny room without window, no TV, very bad toilet smell, loud music on ground floor bar area due to poor room sound proof. All in all, never recommend this place to anyone coz plenty of good choices available in Buon Ma Thuot.

Dear Kin, We are sorry for your bad experience at our place. We don't install the TV intentionall so the guests can enjoy the vibe of the coffee shop downstair. Our place, somehow is not suitable for family with infant because of the live music at night, we will put this warning in the description. Besides, the toilet smell was really our fault, we fixed that and sincerely sorry for your inconvenience. I hope you will have better experiences if you give us another chance next time, Again, we're sorry and thank for your feedback.
Good place to stay for solo travellers”
Firstly I must say Ban Urban House is a nice decor place to stay. Once booked, you'll have nearly the whole second floor to enjoy, which includes 2 bedrooms, each one has 1 private bathroom. Location of hotel is good, very central, near good food places. Staff are very supportive. We got free laundry. 1st floor is a coffee and beer. Coffee here is great, cheap and very good quality. I love nearly everything here. Just one thing not suitable for family traveling: it's noisy in the evening. My first 3 nights were ok, noise was acceptable when closed the room door, just 1 person played guitar and 1 other sang along . But the 4th night was "extraordinary" when a rock band played. I think it's very ok for solo or young travelers, they can enjoy the music and good beer down stair before going to sleep. It's just not suitable for babies as they need to sleep early.

Ưu điểm: Homestay ngay trung tâm tiện đi lại, dễ dàng tìm kiếm chỗ ăn uống. Khuyết điểm: Máy nước nóng sử dụng năng lượng mặt trời nên đi mùa lạnh không đủ nước ấm để sử dụng (tắm gội, vệ sinh, rửa mặt). Toilet có mùi cống rãnh xông lên toàn phòng nên lúc nào cũng phải xịt phòng. Dưới đất của homestay kinh doanh cafe nên mỗi sáng đều mở nhạc to gây ồn ào (những người khó ngủ không thể nghỉ ngơi) Tường làm thạch cao nên không cách âm tốt. Mền có mùi ẩm. Nhân viên nói chung là thái độ phục vụ tốt. Đây là góp ý chân thành để homestay có thể thay đổi ngày một tốt hơn.

Phòng có mùi cống bốc lên từ wc. Nước từ nhà vệ sinh thấm vào tường, chảy ra sàn phòng ngủ. Phòng sinh hoạt chung lúc nào cũng hôi mùi đồ ăn lâu ngày và ẩm mốc, k sạch sẽ đẹp như trên hình.
