Point to be noted, especially if you are travelling with kids and elderly ppl. THEY DO NOT HAVE LIFT AND THE BF WILL BE SERVED IN 4TH FLOOR. Apart from that its a good and clean place to stay. Average BF.

The location of the hotel is good..but the size of the rooms and behaviour of the staffs are hostile!...the hotel doesn't deserve the charge they are asking for.the staffs are not friendly and this is visible how they think themselves as superior and outside traveller as stupids or rather vice-versa!!will not ever recommend this hotel to any of my known contacts.

Pathetic place. The parking (which we were told was there) is hardly enough for 3 vehicles making it impossible to get in out out. The rooms are extremely tiny, hardly a foot of gap between the bed and the wall, the washrooms are so tiny you can't even shower without bumping against the walls. They have no elevators so have to walk flights of stairs to get to the room and dining room(which is at the 4th floor). The service is super slow. We were in the dining room for 1 hour for breakfast, eggs took 25-30 minutes to get cooked(omelettes) and the Chola batura was not enough. The Chola finished mid way and the batura took 15 minutes to make just 4. There was another group with us who we were fighting to get food with as there wasn't enough at all. We were forced to make a 50% payment as soon as we booked the place stating that failing to do so would result in us not getting the rooms. When we reached there(at the evening after a long, tiring journey) and we saw that we were given false information, we confronted them and said that we would be shortening our stay to which they said that they were sorry and would return us the remaining amount. After staying for 2 nights(originally 4), while checking out, we were forced to pay 5600/- as cancellation fees. The vehicle took us another 15-20 minutes to take out too (we were already late having a discussion with the front office). The staff were incompetent and very rude. The kitchen staff looked like they didn't care at all, just talking to each other while there were two groups of people waiting for breakfast. The food is way too expensive for the prices (literally got 5 prices of 1x0.5 inch cubes of pork in a pork dish which was priced at ₹350/400). The complementary breakfast is pathetic with just 1 single egg being served per customer and having to wait 30minutes+ to receive it. Pathetic experience. Wouldn't suggest this place even to my enemies. Not worth the price at all. Stay away from this pathetic place!
