Nice hotel”

From outside looks the hotel abandoned (such as plenty of another hotels), but its elder good quality construction with nice wooden furniture. Cua Lo is favorite destination for Hanoi people. High season is from April till October; cold usually during December till March.

Average for Vietnam ”

I know they made a effort to accomodate me. The first night my room was lovely, unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a quiet hours policy so there was a group of Vietnamese people shouting and screaming until 1am and they started again around 5am. My idea of relaxing at the beach was disturbed but the following day I have been accommodated on the 4th floor so the next few days were better. In the 4th floor room I had a scary experience as the plug of the bedside lamp exploded on my hands while I was switching it off... Beds were comfy, linen clean although there was a lot of dust all around the room, but still average for Vietnam. Might stay again just because they helped me to get the bus on time while it was raining very heavily. Staff super kind with poor English, a part from a guy that I suppose is the manager ...

Fabulous location”

Room comfortable. Solid furniture. Bed wonderful. room pitch black at night. Hot water; fridge; Air con, latter not needed when I was there, early winter. --- Internet, good most of the time. Unavailable one day; asked about it 1730. A reset was promised, not performed by next morning! --- The hotel is right across the street from the beach. Lots of nearby restaurants. Big market 10 minute walk away.

They replaced a their VIP room for us instead of the booked one. That was really nice! Everything's clean.

Good value for money, but you get what you pay for. It's a pretty old building, however it is a stones throw from the beach. Targeted more for Vietnamese tourists but if you are backpacking and are tired of hostels it's a good choice

I was the only occupant but I got a great suite. Everything worked well including two TVs. It was quiet but a little lonely.

The manager of the facility Tran Dinh Thang was amazing! Set us up with restaurants to eat at, travelled to Vin to pick up our bus tickets... He was amazing. So if you intend to drop into this town, this place will look after you!

Worst hotel ever!!”

No elevator, the rooms were dusty and the staff were unprofessional. The wifi could hardly be used and the electricity ran rather slow

Une suite pour seulement 15$ du jamais vue Tout fonctionne bien aucun problème Seul bémol c était la basse saison du coup tout était fermé il fallait faire 200 mettres pour aller manger mais rien de bien dérangent

Địa điểm đẹp, nhưng nhà nghỉ cũ quá, cửa ko cài đươc chốt, phòng có mùi mốc chắc do lâu ko có người ở, nhà tắm ko có máy sấy tóc, may mà điều hòa vs TV hoạt động tốt. Nói chung là phù hợp với giá tiền.

Địa điểm đẹp. Nhân viên khá nhiệt tình. Điểm trừ là hôm mình đến nhận phòng thì drap giường hơi bẩn, bàn ghế tủ trong phòng bụi, có thể vì đang đợt ít khách nên k dọn thường xuyên. Tuy nhiên mình vẫn sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè nếu họ có ý định du lịch ở Cửa Lò.

Tiện nghi kém, trời nóng từ sảnh cho đến phòng nghỉ ko có lấy một cái quạt, phòng wc chậu rửa mặt thì hỏng, ko vòi xịt, nhà wv tầng ơ dưới sảnh thì đèn ko có, ở đấy 4 hôm cũng chả thấy cho người thay bóng, ko có thang máy, đồ ăn nấu ở đây thì ăn được giá cả phải chăng
