For the money... it is just fine ”
Far from town and food. Quiet and good shower. But not much else on offer. But again... for the $11i paid... I cannot complain too much as I had car. But without one. ... good luck. Needs to be refurbished. The rooms need repainting. The remotes for TV...cable and AC need replacing and new batteries. The bathroom although small... works and shower is a good one. But the place is nothing special and the posted pics are..... questionable. Good place for local party or celebration get together. But for the tourist... with no vehicle or mode of transport ... there are far better in town and near food, 7/11, and things to do. Pick one of them.

Budget stay for a night passover rest, garden and simple Thai breakfast (toast , coffee and congee). The room a bit smell for smoking and the towel and bed linen is old, suggest ready your own amenities.

Quiet realxed resort with clean rooms.”
Very nice place with quiet and beautiful garden and environment. A bit hard to find without GPS so I suggest saving the location from Agoda's map to your smart phone or GPS device. The staff is friendly but don't speak english too much so be advised if you don't speak thai. The rooms are clean more or less, at least cleaner that you would expect from such price range. We tried two types of bungalows and both were basically the same but the "villa" is somewhat larger and have a small terrace too with wooden benches. The rooms are equipped with LDC TVs but only thai channels however the wifi internet is quite fast you you can watch youtube at least. Breakfast is quite basic as well, coffee and toast with jam + egg. A somewhat more equipped restaurant would be a big asset for the place. Overall I consider it as better option that a hotel room for the same price if you want some peace while you stay in Tak.

Great place to stopover heading north”
We stayed one night at the resort whilst driving north from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. The location made for the perfect stopover to break up the journey. The location slightly away from the centre of town made for a very quiet and peaceful nights sleep. The individual bungalows were comfortable and clean located around a central green space. The staff were friendly and recommended a fantastic restaurant on the west side of the river in Tak called the Iyarawadee restaurant. The location was perfect on the river for sundowners and evening meal with all the food very well prepared and tasty. Overall a great place to stopover and break up the journey.

Basic but clean”
The resort was not too easy to find, there were signposts, but only in Thai. Nowhere to buy food, and no bar. Staff were friendly, but no English spoken. Breakfast was rice in Thai soup, but upon asking, they produced fried eggs with toast and coffee. Rooms were clean, and the resort was quiet. Overall, good value for the low cost. Suitable for overnight or a short stay.

Absolutely fantastic”
I spent just one night here, how ever my room was immaculate, new and clean building, the staff were very accommodating and a few spoke English. Their on site massage lady was the best I have experienced in Thailand for 250 bhat an hour, definitely ask for one if you are there. Extremely tranquil environment with large pond full of fish. at night the stars were out full force, it is just a great place to stay.

This is a very cheap hotel located in the countryside . Separate bungalows . Very quiet except for some dogs at night . Breakfast is very very basic . Room comfort ok for that price .No swimming pool , clean surroundings .

Cheap and good value for what you paid.”
It was a good place to stay. We had 2 rooms, one of them was a non smoking room, the other obviously had had smokers in it. That room was OK to stay in. Certainly a 3 star hotel, but a nice new 3 star hotel.

Place is surrounded with green and lake. The room is separated and private from one another. You can also park your vehicle in front of the room. Overall, the place looks like residential area and not motel. Nice and friendly owner and also staffs. Good wifi signal even in the room.
