Fabulous, breathtaking ocean view from our room!!! Walked the beach to John's Pass for great shopping and eating! Watched dolphins playing most every day at John's Pass. Lisa's Café and 7-Eleven were within walking distance in the opposite direction. Lisa's was more expensive but delicious. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Quiet hotel just steps from the beach”
This hotel is on the smaller side, so it is less crowded. It’s just steps from the beach and is within walking distance to John’s Pass (shops and restaurants).

Our room was spacious. Had a view of the pool & ocean. Great location as it is right on beach and walking distance to the boardwalk @John's Pass. The pool area was well done. Only negative was housekeeping did not come in and a lot of construction going on around the hotel. Both were not a big deal.

Great place right on the beach. They are in the process of building a rooftop bar and once that is completed they will be renovating the rooms. It was amazing to sit on our balcony and watch the dolphin in the water. Within walking distance to John's Pass. I will stay here again.

Very nice upgraded pool & amenities. As other reviewers have stated, the bed is not great & pretty uncomfortable. Other than that though, great value for the money & nice hotel right on the beach.

I wish it had restaurant or bar. Bathroom facilities near pool area, so we wouldn't have to go up and down to room. Otherwise, we had a beautiful ocean view room and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Old and needs to be redone ”
We arrived late and our room was dirty but they closed right after we checked in. There was hair in the bathroom several places, the sheets/blanket were dirty, and the ceiling had a large gap. The ceiling also had discoloration as well. The one bedroom suites are all in the old building which is supposedly going to get done soon. The nice thing about it was that we were beach front and the overall area is great being by johns pass. We unfortunately didn’t have good weather the entire time we were there as well. I would recommend spending the extra money and staying in the two bedroom suites that are in the brand new building if you are going to stay at this hotel
