Housekeeper was not reachable. It’s quite hard to find Apartment 1&2. Beside the sign outside there are no instructions on how to get to the apartment (not inside, and not in the mail). There are no information on how to check-out. You can just guess by throwing it into the mail box. Dirty bathroom.

The location of this apartment is literally just a stone's throw from Harrods and Knightsbridge station. I look forward to booking a bigger apartment when I bring my family. Very suitable for families with young children as there is a huge fridge and kitchenette.

Enjoyed our 5 nites stay... Conveniently Located in the heart of Knightsbridge... the underground is just few minutes away... u can see harrods from your window... Gran Cafe is just outside of the apartment.. Only problem was during check in.. was given wrong code to retrieve room key from inside the building.. lucky for me alexandra from the housekeeping was there to help...

まずホテル名が出てないので場所がわかりにくく、 チェックイン前は荷物預かってくれるものの、チェックイン時間に行くと現地係員は退社してるようでいなくて、インターホンにでてくるオバサンは訛りの強い遠隔操作で現地にいない方で、なかなか扉を開けてくれず、教えてもらっていない「暗証番号4桁を言え」と言い、雨の中、なかなか中に入れない。 三人で申し込んだものの、二人分のガウンやスリッパの用意しかせず、またあの訳のわからないおばさんと話す気にもなれず、 夜中にシャワーを浴びようとすると２ヶ所あるシャワーはどちらも水しか出て来ない。クレーム入れたくても、電話対応は17:30まで。 帰りにチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらい、16:00に取りに行く約束をしたのに、インターホン鳴らしても誰も出ず、荷物を受け取れない。 色んなストレスが重なり、この金額には見あわない最低サービスで、いままでで一番ガッカリなホテルです。
