"The hotel is located along the north end of Baybay beach which is lined with numerous seafood stalls so if you're at Roxas City for seafood tripping then this is the best place for you to stay. The plaza area, on the other hand, can be easily reached by a tricycle. The hotel has great facilities including a pool, buffet breakfast is great and very filling and the staff is pleasing and accommodating. For it's price, the hotel is better valued for money as compared with the other hotels nearby, Airport transfer is also included in the price. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Roxas and I will definitely stay here again when I come back, maybe for the Sinadya Festival."

"We enjoyed our 4d/3n stay. It is just a few steps away from the Baybay Beach and 5-10 mins away from the baybay seafood restaurants. It is also just 5 mins tric ride from the airport. The place needs some updating as i know it is like residential house/apartments/rooms for rent. The room was sooo big that it can be a 1 br apartment. Ate caretaker was nice and accomodating. This is a very good place to stay for the cheap price and good location. I really recommend it and will book again when we come back to Capiz. "

"We arrived early and we we’re accomodated. Our flight is late, so we requested to stay until 4pm. We asked how much and we were told that its free of charge. Its agoda home so we were able to cook, and it so much benefit. Just want to suggest to have a bidet innthe cr as it has no faucet. "

"Location: The hotel is by the beach. It was such a treat waking up knowing that you were just a few steps away from it. It is very near the airport less than 10 minutes. It is along the Baybay (shore), alongside the numerous Seafood and Bbq eateries in the province. Roxas being the seafood capital of the PH, you won't be disappointed with the nearby choices. Food: Breakfast does not come with the room booking (unless you booked from Agoda). The food is pricey and not really worth it. I suggest you take your meals from the numerous restaurants nearby. The alcohol is priced fairly and drinking by the beach is the best part. Rooms: We had to transfer room twice. First 2 rooms were not what we booked. Room 10's, the family room (One double bed, two single) aircon was not cooling up. Room 9, which was the economy room, spent one night there. Transferred the next day to Room 5 (deluxe room w/o ref). Rooms had and antique-y feel, as did the whole hotel. It hasn't been upgraded in a while but it does its purpose. Cable has many channels, though it was a struggle using the remotes on all rooms. Staff: The staff were very warm and kind. Couldn't ask for better service."
