직원들이 너무 친절하고 편하게 쉴수있도록 모든것을 제공해줍니다. 황대리님 그리고 저희 리셉션 해주신 여직원님 너무 너무 친절하게 좋았습니다. 특히 리셉션 홀에 티가 너무 좋아요! 그리고 조식이 미쳤습니다. 전복죽 꼭 드셔보세요. We had a wonderful honeymoon thanks to the wonderful staff and the clean and confortable room. The breakfast here is to die for. Please try the Abalone soup. I think it really captures the Jeju spirit. Also there are convenience stores and other small restraunts nearby with the beach a few minutes walk away. The cafes by the beach are one of a kind. Finally, the reception hall is a great place to relax. The tea they give is awesome and they have really nice music. A definite 10/10. FYI we got here during a promotion event so I left out my opinion regarding pricing.

Best choice for family trips”
Stayed in the Pacific Villa, plenty of room for a family of 4+. The outdoor jacuzzi was an awesome plus, and the amenities are awesome - Jo Malone products and Dyson driers! Housekeeping was very thorough and helpful :) The main building has a laundry machine and drier for common use (free of charge), and they also have a small pool equipped with a poolside bar. They also give welcome drinks and snacks when you first check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Definitely a great experience. The staff were very professional. Most importantly the rooms were superb, even after our daily activities, coming back to the villa, we still manage to enjoy ourself within the premises. It helped to maximise our experience in jeju.

I stayed here 3nights and 4days. I can't complain about anything. First of all, the staffs were really nice and polite and when they were asked something they just did the work immediately. Second, there were a laundary room to free to use who stay in the hotel. For me, I have two boys who non stop making mess their clothes so I didn't have to worry about non stop changing their clothes. Last, easy to charged the electric car if you have or rent. You don't have to find the electric charging places.

5 Day Stay”
Best part of the stay was the customer service of most of the staff, definitely above and beyond. There were minor maintenance issues including a leaky sink, a bulb out in the room, some of the jets not working in the tub, and problems with turning on the coffee maker/tea kettle due to electrical issues. The good thing is the staff was very kind and helpful, but maintenance issues would have made the booking better especially with the high cost. The restaurant was outstanding, we had a course meal. I also think even with high cost, more hotels are doing 1100 checkout which seems to early. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Slightly dodgey facilities coverd by cleansiness and top star service”
Though this facillity was slightly expensive due to the general high cost of Jeju, it was able to provide us with top quality service as the employees were extremely eager to support us with our every request, from providing extra towels during our trip to the beach with complimentary water bottles, or extra dishes and cutlery that were brought to our room upon our request. The facillities were a little dodgey, though with the stove taking too long to heat up, or the bathroom door being a bit...loose, though the pool was huge, the jacuzzi was hot, and the room was spacious.

turned on AC, water dripped and room got wet”
Arrived there and got notified that i will have problem water dripping if i turned on AC (of course i need to turn it on in summer) in the middle of check in. (Didn’t receive any single email regarding this) As they said, i needed to put bunch of towels under the AC and room was not cool at all. I complained and they said it’s natural to have this kind of issue in hot weather (never had this in my life even in hotter weather with working AC) and will send a small gift (don’t know what it will be) and that was it!!!!!!!! I paid $$$$$ to be treated like shit.

The service of the hotel is top notch. I have stayed at prestigious hotels before such as marina bay in singapore and the jw marriott in seoul. The service provided at the bayhill honestly rivals that of the above hotels. Yet the price was significantly lower than that of prestigious luxury hotels. You are made to feel like a VIP/president of a country. As corny as that sounds it is honestly the feeling the staff gave me and my partner throughout the entire stay. 6/5 would go back at every opportunity. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of bayhill villa

Amazing from the Get-Go”
Two for Two. Checked in to Bayhill the two times I've travelled to Jeju and have absolutely no regrets doing so. Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay back in 2017 and needed no persuasion to check in again this time. Just as I remembered, the check-in process was amazing - done over a cup of tea and cookies. Breakfast at Narnia was absolutely delicious and the best part about Bayhill is that it is far away from the hustle and bustle of noisy tour groups and is ideal for some Rest & Relax. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - managed to secure us some last minute tickets to The Nanta show too.

Luxurious hideaway in Jeju”
There is a hotel for every budget in Jeju island. Bayhill is meant definitely to cater to the more discerning traveler who value service and serenity over convenience. Meaning to say, if you are to stay in this hotel, you will need to have your own transport as you will be far from all the attractions. The village where the hotel is situated has several basic restaurants but nothing fancy and some convenience stores. However, if you are like us who just love the tranquility of being in a village surrounded by citrus farms and a distant view of the sea, there is no better place to stay. This was my second visit to the hotel and it already feels like a second home due to the friendly staff service and the spacious layout of the duplex suite. Highly recommended but take note of the distance of the hotel location from the airport and jeju city
