Each time that I've stayed at this location I've experienced nothing but top notch hospitality. The front desk employees are always patient professional and show so much courtesy. The General Manger whose in house at the location name is Andrea. Her movements as a boss makes me want to work for her. Great team work on their behalf.

Waiting for Renovation”
This is an older hotel with small rooms and in need of renovation which is in process with every effort not create an inconvenience.. The room was clean, the carpeted floor have been replaced with laminate. On the front side you will hear I75 traffic. Front desk staff Superior!

Good value. Great breakfast! A little too close to the highway - could hear traffic during the night and the A/C unit is a bit loud. Overall would recommend staying here.

Filthy and unsafe”
Hotel is horrible! Old and needing renovation- UNCLEAN! Local workers who are guests hanging around outside of hotel did not make me feel safe . The only bright spot was when I asked to be moved out of original room , the GM put us in a suite which was ok ( clerk at front desk very nice) not as dirty but still run down. Do yourself a favor: pass this place by!

Dirty, filty, noisy, garbage piled up in hall ways everyday. Questionable clientel, shady. The breakfest didn't exist, no yogarts, no fruits, just two cereals and a waffle maker. We wouldn't even let our relatives come by and pick us up to go eat.

Totally awful! First room assigned looked occupied already. Second room assigned had multiple issues. Fridge didn’t work. Bed had slats sticking out down the whole right side. We felt extremely unsafe when 15 cop cars showed up along with an ambulance and several undercover cars. A cop pounded on the door around 2 am. Also there was only one set of towels and at first the tv didn’t work. I’m still awaiting a call from the manager or general manager. Overall we felt very unsafe.

Room was a bit on the small side. Bed was very firm. Door had an automatic closer that was set on “resist entry or exit and amputate anything in the way”. The toilet seat was 14”from the floor - felt like I was in an kindergarten bathroom. Light cancelling window coverings didn’t. We were on second floor and upstairs neighbor decided to let their elephants start roaming at 6AM our first night. Why they booked us under them or them over us is a mystery as there were only 15 cars in the lot and probably 100 rooms available on our side of the building. Breakfast had a good variety of the usual offerings, was clean and food tasty. Really disappointed with AGODA. I tried calling them with an issue - twice - after running the computer gauntlet was told that I was being transferred to an agent. 20 minutes of music and 15 minutes of music. I gave up and decided if my travel plans in the future involve AGODA, I will cancel them and find someone else.
