This was a great hotel ! Rooms were very nice, housekeeping spectacular. Breakfast was great. Hot food plus the regulars for breakfasts, all you can eat ! Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. We would fed stay again !!

Hair dryer didn’t work. Bathroom fan was really noisy. Good pet space. Close to Tiger Town. Clean and breakfast was average.

Cleaner than some hotels I've been in, but not sparkling clean. Several shoddy looking repairs to the inside of the door, bathroom counter and bathroom were patched together and took away from overall attractiveness of the room. Breakfast and area was decent, but trash can seemed to be in a constant state of overflowing.

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Though bc it was by Wyndham it would be nice-NO. First room they gave us, the door was ajar and there was trash all over. Second room (and only room left) the door was stuck. Staff had to open it and then a giant roach came out. Baby roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom walls and doors moldy. Carpet damp and had to wear shoes. Lamp held together with electrical tape. Remote held together with scotch tape. Someone’s leftovers in the fridge. If this was refundable I would have left. Absolutely do not book this hotel.

The roms we had were just mot clean, they were dirty (old food in the fridge, full coffe cup in the micro). The beds are coveret in some kind of plastic underneeth the sheets. And so on and so forth. Choose another Hotel.

The sheets on our bed was wrinkly as if it hasn’t been changed. We came down for breakfast at 8am and it was all empty already. Not to mention that the area was dirty too. The staff who is supposed to take care of the buffet area is so lazy she takes her time to do what she’s supposed to. I’m very disappointed of this place.

Toilet did not work. Air conditioner very loud. Lights out by sink. Carpet was filthy and damp. Had to use our own bedding. Garbage cans in hall overflowing. Husband stepped in dog doodoo in hallway. Requested non smoking and hall was full. Would give minus stars but no option. Will never stay there again. It’s a shame it used to be decent. Oh juice machine didn’t work soda machines didn’t work breakfast was sad watered coffee no cups no plates. Awful stay. We left early just to get out.

Seemed very run down. The staff were kind. Mold in coffee pot. No towels. No soap no toilet paper but they did get them to us later. No breakfast at 8 am. No coffee in lobby (empty). Bed was fine. Tv was fine.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures online. the staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful with what limited resources they have available. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and I had to clean my room myself upon arrive to ensure cleanliness. There were bugs(roaches), the elevator was broken so we had to use the stairwell which was disgusting and stained with a bad odor and to make matters worse there was nothing for breakfast but some cold coffee
