Good place for family ”
I love the location. Easy to order food delivery. The room was spring clean. I travelled with a 6yo son. Its so convenient, Check in / out was very smooth..... the theme park is suitable for all ages, many sittings for observing parents. I would suggest that buying food inside the theme park's cafe, pls allow QR codes scanning or cash transaction. Its inconvenient to top up RM20 minimum to buy an ice cream priced RM6.50. Other than that, all tip top..... I definitely will come again

Fee: Adult RM26 & kid RM19 for weekend FOC : 90cm below baby - room & toilet very clean - with sofa & 2 aircond - bar table - weekday easy to find car park - there is the slot machine games for children Cons: - bed too soft, it’s time to change - during weekend car park need to walk very far - a bit far from town, roughly 20-25 mins to Jonker street

The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly. I was experiencing a problem with the electricity supply. I had reported the issue & the staff was very helpful. They asked me to change to another room immediately. The room was quite big & tidy + cleanliness. Really enjoy the water park. Two thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely come again for family fun.

The check-in n check-out registrations were very satisfied, fast n well managed. I was so impressed with a very big crowds during breakfast too were very very well managed and satisfied. Well done to staff and management of Bayou Lagoon Park Resort. Just a small hickup like no wifi in the room even though user id n password have been supplied. Lastly, during the period of check-out the lifts were not fully in operation. Good, Better and Best. Definately I'll recommend my family members and friends to go here.

But the voucher for purchase multi no meed to use because its confuse all visitor and.i think no need to use for the voucher then just standardise which all the customer who are checkin in hotel + go to waterpark can enter 2 times .because if they not show the voucher during purchase they cannot enter for second time..because the attractive bayou lagoon hotel is about their waterpark and if make spoil at 1st way they will not return back.overall is nice place and very recommend.

Awesome experience”
I wonder why most of review have bad comments. So far my stay of 3 days 2 nights is satisfied. We arrived melaka a bit early which is 2 hours before check in time. They staff kindly allowed us to check in early as there is available room. The room is great. We got level 8, apartment 2 bedroom. Breakfast is good. And the theme park really makes our kid happy. I believe that perhaps we stay here not during crowd.

Bare in mind C-19 impact really bad in hospitality services. To grow up it will several time for some company. Property studio apartment concept with reasonable price is really worth it. All staff very kind and helpful. To new comer e.g Trainee keep it up a good customer service. During my visit Theme Park still under renovation. Please check with management before you place booking. Keep it a good work guys,

What to improve ”
I requested for queen bed but what I got was 2 single beds. Difficult for us because we have two young children. Not really child friendly as the tv located in the middle between bed n sofa So that my child can reach the tv and can cause any damages But so far the apartment was ok for me n the price reasonable The theme park also nice that my children really enjoyed it Personally, i will come again to stay at this apartment.

If you would like to staycation with parent n other siblings you may book apartment with 2 or 3 rooms ,if 3 rooms you entitle for 6 pax free breakfast n after breakfast you may bring them for water park adventure!few slides from kids range to adult!all in all its recommended n at night,too many restaurants for dinner n more relax as ayer keroh not as busy as malacca town 😊

good place to stay, big space 2 family with 2 bedroom just for rm200++ . the staff great just getting hot when the fan remote was not provided, when ask the staff for switch on the fan but the remote we cannot keep in the room , but unfortunately we had switched off the fan( plug at the wall) ,the fan can't be switch on again, we cannot control and use the fan either.

I read many negative reviews about the hotel. I just put them aside and book the hitel despite all that. So far i am really satisfied with the stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the water park. (I do think that they need to improve their cleanliness and upgrade the water park) My family enjoyed the breakfast. Lot of varieties and not bad. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Overall, i am satisfied.

First time pergi sini. Staff sgt friendly. Mse checkin ade problem dgn bilik. TV xbole on. Complain dgn staff then dorg immediately dtg bilik utk check. Instead bt kite tertunggu, depa suggest utk tuka bilik lain. Tq. Definitely will come again.
