Family of 4 overnight stay”
We will definitely be back here. We got upgraded from superior room to deluxe! The view was excellent overlooking the Manila Bay and US Embassy. Too bad the window tint is old and faded so we were not able to take pictures of the bay. The staff were all nice! Upon check in though we noticed the bath mat was already missing in the room, and I forgot to report it to front desk. Was only reminded during the check out, but had no problems about it, I just told front desk I forgot to call them. We were also late for the buffet cos we got back from our embassy interview at almost 10am. The staff were all nice and said they'd give us 5 more minutes to get the food but they actually closed the buffet I think 15-20 minutes after :) The pool is nice, we were able to use it and although it's only 4ft and not heated, the attendant was really nice and accommodating. Food was really tasty and delicious. The view from the roof deck was excellent, you can see a broader view of the Manila bay! The bathroom was spotless and super clean. Overall we loved our stay there and give it 5 stars.

Very Accessible!”
The location is superb, it is next to a coffee shop, there are convenience stores nearby, restaurants and the US embassy is just a 10-minute walk away. Their breakfast is delicious too, we had their Chinese New Year-themed breakfast and we really enjoyed every food. Their wi-fi is good too. The room is excellent, with ironing facility, good lighting, and clean bedding. It was a great experience for me and my friend!

Exceptional”
Bayview hotel made my stay memorable and wholesome.. almost everything is 10 stars-the staff's cordial treatment and alertness when we have requests, the room's cleanliness, the breakfast buffet, the reasonable price we got way more than we paid for, it's nearby the embassy. The only set back is that the room is not sound proof I can hear people from outside and the room we stayed at didn't have the view of the bay... But I'd come back again in a heartbeat when I have the chance to. I'll be going back to Manila again next year to process my son's paper works sa embassy and without a doubt I'll stay again on this hotel. It can now understand why this hotel kept on going strong for more than 70 years now it's because of their wonderful service!!

A luxurious 3 star OLD hotel”
It is an OLD hotel but it one of the luxurious high end hotels in this category. They have everything in the room of what we would expect modern hotels would have - they just have the older version but they have maintained everything in the room stark clean. They have good breakfast food. I ate at about 8:30am so I am not sure if it is the full selection. They have good restaurant food available for room service. When I asked for an wake up call; they also have that service. Also, check out is up until 1pm - no extra charge - so that’s a plus too. Overall; I am satisfied with my stay here. Best hotel for those going to the embassy”
I was hesitant to book here because the hotel seemed old but was very satisfied with the rooms and the stellar service. We decided to book here because it is very near the US embassy. Upon arriving, there were no vacant parking spaces. We were told by the front desk that we may leave the car to the valet and let them take care of parking which was a huge relief for our travel weary selves. Check in was fast. The receptionist also upgraded both our superior rooms to deluxe ones. The deluxe room was good for 3 adults. And was clean except for the used shower cap I saw in one of our rooms. The bed and linens and the room itself smelled fresh and clean. The carpet devoid of dirt or spills. The bathroom was also clean. Shower has very good water pressure and hot water. The interior of the room was very pleasing and well-maintained and much better than those in the pictures from the site. The TV also has cable and has a Netflix app where you can sign in with your account. Wifi was adequate for us. The room is well equipped with a flat iron for clothes and even a weighing scale inside. My only cons in the room we were in, the a/c had a bit of noise when on the low fan setting and can be a bit confusing to adjust the thermostat. And one of the lights in our room kept flickering when turned off so we just left it on instead. Buffet was good plenty of choices to choose from. The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to the side of the embassy where those with appointments line up. Love this hotel. And will come back again when we need to do some business in the area.

Great food, staff and location”
I had a great stay. I am a FIlipino but my first time to stay here. It was unusually pleasant for Manila. Even the food was great! And my VISA got approved! I turned off the airconditioning to sleep well. They even had a blow dryer which we don't really need in the Philippines.

They handled our parking incident perfectly”
My husband and I were checked in because we had an interview at the US Embassy. At check-in, we were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because there were a lot of guests that time. We were delighted to get a room with 2 queen (or double) beds. The next day, before our US Embassy appointment, the front desk called and they informed us that one of the other guests at the property (a supplier for an event there) miscaluculated maneuvering their car and therefore scratched our car's front bumper and headlight as it was parked beside them in front of the hotel. Bayview Park Hotel's security staff (shoutout to Sir Marco) handled everythin perfectly--took photos of the scratches, the driver's license and registration papers, wrote a complete incident report, and even went as far as filing with the local barangay office to ensure that the other party will take accountability for the damage to our car. They told us not to worry and to focus on our interview. That said, our US visa got approved, and we already have arrangements made for our car repair at a body shop to be paid for by the other party. Excellent service! Thank you, Bayview Park Hotel!

Perfect hotel in Manila?”
The Bay View knocks it out of the park in all categories: price, cleanliness, elevator, friendly staff, and location. The only criticism I have is that the airport taxi was a little pricey at 1000p. The staff was great, and even laughed at my lame jokes. Yes, I will stay there again.

This place is emaciate.friendly staff n workers . They had 1/2 the hotel for people who were quarantine n they had to use the elevator for them .As other 1/2 were for ones who had there Covid Card.Rooms were clean n lobby was great nice n clean.Breakfast Buffet was good to.Well worth staying there . Especially If u have to go to The US Embassy ur 3 blocks away n Robinson Mall if you take taxicab it will cost u 65 pesos. A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Located very close to the US Embassy and several other sightseeing spots. The included buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great selection of foods, drinks and coffee. Hot and cold water on tap. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms. Staff were friendly, kind and polite. Business center offers useful and cheap amenities such as printing, scanning and lamination.
