Nice quiet place to stay ”

This is apartment block not a hotel I stayed on level 19 Direct view of manila bay. Very nice ...best night sleep. If like to eat out far from restaurant 7/11 200 meters away always crowded Suggest shopping before staying there.

I stayed 3 uncomfortable nights in Baywatch Tower. It was a disappointment to what I was expecting. As I went inside the room smells already ruin my taste because of a bad mildew smells in the room. It was the beddings and the bed. Then I went to the kitchen and found lots of junk inside the kitchen cabinets. Also, some cabinets were lock some bearing some old pots and pans and utensils. The toilet is dirty and the flusher is broken - won't flush. I have to use a bucket to flush the toilet. The vent is not working properly that it takes a while to get the smells out of the toilet. I have to wash the dirty bedding that smells like old dirty rugs. The mattress is stained pretty bad with liquid and the so as the bed cushion. All Furniture are old/antique, dining table is old and broken, the dining chairs and coach. The stove/oven is too old and dirty and only two burners were functioning. The price is way too high for this room. I will not pay to stay in this room again. Everything except the refrigerator and TV should be refurbished. Oh yeah, it has bad lighting also. need to paint the room specially the celling with water stains.

Stay was awesome. Very discreet location and commanding view of the bay. There are some seedy nightlife places around so if that's not your thing, just stay indoors and order food delivery. Perfect staycation for a day or two.

Condominium outsource to rental”

First of all this is not a hotel, its a condo sublet to tourist for holiday stay. The condo reception does NOT know anything about your booking because they are different management. The room you booked can belong to the owner who bought the unit to rent to traveler as investment. My first day was a disaster - the room management call me in the morning because I arrived early, but after he led me to the room he told me I have to pay for advance check-in. He didn't tell me before hand only after I settled. So I told him I will checkin at 2pm the regular checkin time. I went to mall nearby and stay until about 1:30pm and come back. As I said the reception of the condo knows NOTHING about your booking so I am super confused and there is no one can help me because apparently the guy who manage the room does not has good communication with the recep. Luckily he showed up at 2 pm. The room is ok can get the ocean view from the balcony. But unfortunately on the 1st night I saw huge cockroaches roaming around in the room. The cleanliness is at worst as I killed about 4 roaches during my 3 night stay. There is no room service daily. And dont expect they'll provide body shampoo or toothpaste. If you can't stand roach infestation you should NEVER book this place. I would not recommend it as there's no reception or management or whatsoever. The only thing I can praise it for is probably the location is near Robinson mall and MOA, but the traffic is really bad you will always stuck in the jam.

are stay was ok, had a fue problems getting the key becouse even thow we booked with agoda, the owner did not know we where coming. but when we got inside the room, it was nice, it is self catering with small kitchen. easy to get public transport like jeeps and trikes outside the hotel. just a short walk from the mall and nightlife. i would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

My stay at baywatch towers was very quite and relaxing, the front desk staff and room staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is situated a couple of streets away from the hustle and bustle which is nice.

hélas pour moi j'avais réservé ce condo pour la piscine et elle a été fermée une bonne partie de mon séjour. Renseignez vous donc auprès du proprio avant de réserver. Sinon ce condo est pas mal. Bien situé à Malate, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Bonne superficie pour un studio. Les photos sur Agoda correspondent à la réalité, donc pas de mauvaise surprise. A si, peut être une: la charmante compagnie d'1 ou 2 cafards dans la salle de bain hehehe... Vue (partielle) sympa sur la baie depuis le balcon. Par contre à ajouter au prix annoncé par Agoda: l'électricité à payer sur place !!! Donc rapport qualité/prix le condo Le Mirage toujours à Malate est meilleur.

まず到着して、フロントにてチェックイン手続きを頼むと普段着の管理人が部屋まで案内してくれました。 部屋の暗証ナンバーと室内のテレビの付け方、エアコンの付け方を教わりました。 何故なら部屋に入るとコンセントは全て抜けた状態で、プレーカーが下げられているのでブレーカーを管理人が上げる作業からだったので、直ぐにテレビの付け方、エアコンの動作確認をしました。 室内は大体のものはコップ、食器、湯沸し、皿、等は殆どあります。 コンドミニアムです。

初日は宿泊できませんでした。”

初日、PM6時に到着、フロントに聞くと、部屋は空いていないらしく、一般のマンションの一室をコンドミニアムホテルとして貸しているので、オ－ナ－に電話しても繋がらず、ようやく繋がったのは１時間後でした。しかたなく隣のホテルに３８００ペソで宿泊しました。１泊分の宿泊料金をアゴダ経由で返金すると言ってきましたが、本当に返金されるのか疑問です。　　部屋はそれなりに宿泊できました。　バスタブもありますが、固定式のシャワ－からはお湯が出ませんでした。 なので、一度も利用していません。キッチン付きですが、コップ、皿、調理器、スプ－ン、フォークなどもあります。電器調理器なので、安全ですが、火に比べると火力が弱いです。たいした料理はしにくいです。自分でまな板と包丁を持参しましたが備え付けの包丁はありましたね。　掃除とバスタオルの交換には、出かけている時にオ－ナ－が来てしていました。次回は違うコンドミニアム・ホテルが良いかも知れません。

常駐の管理人が居ないのが難点”

部屋の暗証番号機器の故障対応のため部屋へ入れず、２時間もロビーで待機させられた。（遠隔地から駆けつけて来た） アパートメントホテルのため、ボーイが居なかったがセキュリティが部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。

マニラ湾の眺めがよく設備もわるくない”

マニラ湾の眺めがよく、キッチンもわるくなかった。へやもきれい。一応ジムあり。ただしシャワーはお湯が出なかった。

位置还行，阳台可以侧望马尼拉湾，楼下有不错的餐厅；但是家庭旅馆式，房间卫生不行，床单等都比较脏；最噩梦的是，花洒是固定式的，水比较小，居然没有热水，奔波一天，多么想洗个热水澡啊！！！没有热水澡，于我只能差评了
