Family visit”
We have stayed at the Baywatch 5 years ago and were very happy, this time it was different. The building is clean and the floors shine, however, our room was in desperate need of renovation. The walls need painting, the ceiling in the bathroom had leaked and is stained, the sofa has rips, the carpet in bedroom needs cleaning, overall it needs updating. The front desk staff, the security staff and the room contact, Ails, is wonderful. We had an issue with the lock on the entry door and Ails had it repaired within minutes, we also had a problem with the room safe, it replaced in minutes. She checked on us, if we needed bottled water, fresh towels, we can't say enough about her, we would like to thank her again. If they are willing to spend a few hundred dollars it will be a nice place to stay.

This is actually a condominium that is being rented out as a hotel room to tourists and guests. Hotel service is completely absent. But you can treat the property like your own home. You can cook and dine inside.

front desk staff were sometimes slow and unhelpful. Great view from room of manila bay which made for nice sunsets. Internet was fast, and digital TV and cable channels provided. Couldnt gain access to rooftop garden. Close to dinning, Rizal park, U.S. embassy and ferry terminals

Perfect location for me, nice clean condo”
The condo was perfect for my needs and just a short walk from where I had business. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and a good supply of taxis and trikes pass the entrance. Mail of Asia just a 70peso taxi ride away.

This hotel was very disappointing, ”
This was a very poor hotel, actually we were told by the staff it was a Condominium Block, which meant we didn't get any service unless we asked for it (cleaning, toilet rolls, beds changing etc) we also did not get our airport transfer because they said they didn't provide such a service, so we had to pay for a taxi which they refused to refund. The room had a heavy smoker in before which was terrible the staff gave us air freshener but it made no difference. Considering this was a holiday celebrating our engagement it was terrible and will always be remembered for the wrong reasons.

Nice apartment, good view, lack of staff”
Arrived late for a stopover only. The check in lady waited for us which was good as she would normally leave after everyone expected would check in. The downside was that it was very difficult to find her in the apartment block as the reception staff is actually the building security. They weren't allowed to use the apartment block's landline to call her to take us to our room. We were asked to call her on our mobiles. When I showed them my phone was simply not working in the Philippines they eventually texted her and arrived to welcome us. She was very helpful and kind but having no receptionist staff was very disappointing.

Upon arrival, the only service we were given was from the security guard who helped us with check-in and showed us to our room. Other than this, service is non existent at all - even on check-out. Apart from being given a room on the 14th floor with a view of Manila and Manila Bay, the room had a terrible smell which we could not get rid of. The bed was most uncomfortable. Upon check-out, we requested to leave our luggage behind as our flight was not until 1am the next morning - to which we were told 'no we don't hold luggage.' We had to arrange to get our own taxi out on the street while it was raining, which made our stay more of a disappointment.

The room is great for a person, and his company, the hotel is a great locations, plenty of bars within walking distance from there. The only thing that I never like the time I stay there was no towels, so if you plant to stay there bring your own towel, they have some in there but it is old and small. You have a small kitchen there so if you want to cook for yourself while you there.

value, affordable, slow Internet”
The Hotel is clean, but in a “red light” district. The Internet is very slow for some unknown reason. The pool looked nice and is under cover for people who want to swim in the shade. The laundry service is excellent and affordable, but if you walk around the block you can find less expensive laundry services if needed. The channels on the TV were limited. The apartment is dark, as at the very least half of the light bulbs did not function.

The condo is affordable, and the location is superb, the taxi is everywhere. 24 hours security. You are able to cook and entertain. Its near Luneta and Intramurus, Ocean Park. Nika is very nice and helpful. They need to update their phone numbers.

Had to pay extra for parking space in the buliding. Staff were helpful. The only thing i disliked were a few small roaches in the bathroom.

Very Poor Service”
A huge list of faults with this entire booking. The two bedroom appt booked was not available due to Aircon Problmes. The Water supply to the one bedroom room offered instead was insufficient Had to shower in another room Staff indifferent to problems An absolute disaster for a staff bonus program that went totally sour We should be offered a full refund.

full of cockroaches,cockroach dirt on and in fridge, no cable tv only local channels, waited 1 hour in airport, if you hung out over the balcony and strained your neck to side of hotel you would see a glimpse of bay , advertised as bay views, mirror in cr broken and fallen off wall,tap on basin broken, toilet seat split and had hole in it, fittings in cr broken, light switch broken, 2 lights broken, door security unacceptable, security safe permanently locked and unserviceable, bath towel smelled of urine [ poor laundry practices], good aircon and good hot water. could not use pool during useage hours as it was being serviced.

The traffic noise was too loud....even on the 26th floor. I stayed for 8 days...minimal sleep in that time.
