Lying owner and caretaker”
Owner told Agoda that I was informed about the aircon cleaning/repair even though there was no notice beforehand. When they arrived, the caretaker told me that her phone’s battery died out as to why she was not answering my calls. When asked for the picture of the aircon (before service), she told me that she used her own phone to take a picture even though she told me that it had no more battery. Bad service especially when they know a guest is checking in, the repair should have been done before the guests arrive.

We wish these guests a nice day ahead but we will not recommend them for any home-sharing or hotel environment. Review tells more about the guests than about the accommodation and resort, we refer to all reviews from all happy guests and total listing review score. AC has to be routinely cleaned to provide best cooling capacity, cleaning service was started during pre-check-in cleaning of the condo, noteworthy is that guests started to inquire about refund and compensation even prior check-in upon seeing the technician; guests were advised to enjoy the resort after check-in while AC cleaning service was finalized; guest and his absent mother however continued asking for refund which seemed to be more of interest than the resort itself
