Perfect for enjoying everything Inami has to offer, located right at the base of the main street (Yokamachi Street) leading up to Zuisenji Temple. The Bed and Craft people offer some great suggestions for local restaurants for every meal of the day, and can directly introduce you to a wide variety of classes and experiences (woodcarving, lacquer work, etc.) when you can meet all sorts of local artisans and people from the community who are extremely warm and welcoming. The accommodations are clean and modern while still maintaining classic, traditional Japanese architecture and features. All the rooms are fully furnished with kitchens, laundry, and more, and feel extremely luxurious and personal while still being reasonably priced. Great for both short-term visits to experience the local culture, and long-term stays to really get involved in the Inami lifestyle.

The location is great for walking around Inami, but if you want to visit the other towns of Nanto City and the mountain communities in Gokayama you will probably want to rent a car, or if you are an avid biker, rent a bike. There are local buses to Kanazawa, Takaoka, etc,, but the lines are fairly basic and only come once an hour or less.
