The accommodation was good but not soundproofed. The environment depends on the quality of the guests, although they provides earplugs.

just not worth the price”
the room was way smaller than what we booked, there were other rooms advertised than what we got. breakfast was very basic, without any fruits or vegetables. the walls are very thin, basically just wooden slide doors where you hear everything through. we found a used earplug in our bed. the staff was very friendly but for what we payed we would have expected something entirely different.

Best stay for my Europe backpack trip”
I had a 17 days back-pack around Europe, and of the 8 places that I was staying at, I would rate Bed & Breakfast Dezela Okusov the highest - as the staff / manager was very helpful: 1) very responsive to the messages / requests that I have sent over the messenger - put my travel arrangement at ease 2) not only allowing me to put my backpack in the hotel space much earlier, but also provide me with the convenience of refreshing myself at the shared bathroom 3) woke up earlier to prepare me a simple breakfast prior to my checking out for an early bus 4) not mentioning the clean and comfy room. I highly recommend Bed & Breakfast Dezela Okusov.

No tengo ninguna queja del servicio ofrecido en el Gluten-free B&B. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero, suficientemente grandes para estar cómoda. Lo recomiendo muchísimo!

J'avais déjà séjourné au Dezela Okusov l'an dernier exactement à la même époque et les 2 fois 2 nuits que j'y ai passées cette année m'ont encore davantage donné satisfaction !!! Seul le prix des chambres a relativement fort augmenté, passant de +/- 45 € l'an dernier à 60 € actuellement pour une nuit dans une chambre d'une personne (avec TV et coffre), mais toujours petit déjeuner COMPLET à volonté (type anglais) inclus, ce qui vous permet éventuellement de "sauter" le déjeuner. L'établissement est situé dans un quartier hypercalme, qui n'est pourtant qu'à quelques centaines de mètres du centre. Je suis venu de la gare routière à pied ! Certaines demandes que j'avais faites l'an dernier ont été suivies d'effet (store pour éviter d'être éveillé par le soleil à 06 h et propreté du sol des deux salles de douches) !!! C'est assez rare... Des bouchons d'oreille sont même à disposition. J'apprécie la serviabilité tant de la direction que du personnel. Dans les limites du possible, flexibilité dans l'heure du "check in" et du "check out", par exemple, ou offre d'un café gratuit en cas d'attente d'un taxi. Je me suis senti comme chez moi, avec une familiarité réelle, mais pas exagérée du personnel. Je recommande cet établissement !
