The location is easy access with everything, the hotel is clean, as my experience our room is big but I feel the linens are not that much clean and our bathroom still have some stains and the toilet bowl kinda not clean at all. But most of the staff were helpful, polite and kind. There's only 1 staff (guy darker skin and height is 5'7-5'8 tall, he's in reception when we met him, he's very rude). Price for the room it was OK, but they need to maintain the cleanliness of their room.

This is my second visit. Room was very basic. No headboard for the bed as an example. No coffee/tea making facilities. Staff initially could not find my booking. Rooms along the corridor were being repainted so always had the smell of paint in our room. Insufficient power points and had to ask for an extension lead.

Expensive for a cheap room”
Room is very small, no bottled water included, no toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush), parking is very risky, no complimentary breakfast for the fact that the price is 1,800 pesos.

Disappointing water system”
Disappointing water system!!! The water from the faucet was yellowish (pee like color) and they always blame the white sink for it - all the staff who went to see and check regarding our complain. They offered purified water for us to use, but not enough as we needed water at night and in the morning. Not enough parking. Staff were generally friendly but the water system was rwally disappointing.

Stayed here for 3 nights with our 7 year old son.Excellent place to stay with very helpful friendly staff. Fantastic value for money . Top quality food in the hotel restaurant would highly recommend this hotel

Great Place”
Found this place last minute because the place I normally stay at was fully booked. I was very happy with this hotel. There was some construction going on during my stay so it was a bit noisy at times but that is expected. The staff was very friendly and kind. I enjoyed my stay. Would stay here again.

Ok price, value for money”
You get what you pay for :) Don't expect too much on the rooms :) good for an overnight stay if you want to rest from your travel :) Hallway somewhat smelled like smoke but tolerable.. no elevators just stairs.. comfortable twin beds with toiletries, blankets and towels. I wish they could just improve the facade of this hotel so they could attract more costumers :) and the place wouldn't look so cheap.. parking is at the back, the security guard is helpful though in cleaning my bf's car.. no free breakfast, staff are helpful and gave all our requests , over all it's a good stay in this place. :)

Stayed here before. There is remodeling going on in the building and the noise can be loud at times but I'm mostly gone during the construction. My only complaint is that there is only one laundry mat in the local area so the prices tend to be on the high side.

Nothing Great”
Nothing extraordinary. They accept short stays like 3hours and 6hours so it's more of a lover's hotel/motel. They count customers per head. So if you will have a visitor just meet with them downstairs or somewhere else because if you will bring them inside your room they will charge 150pesos per additional guest even if they stay only for an hour.
