Booked this after a long day of travelling so we needed a place to rest. First, we booked a swimming pool view and we were assigned to a unit with no swimming pool view, we messaged the host and he said that the unit with pool view was for defogging. We prebooked way ahead of time, so i cant understand why they will do that when they know they have guests checking in. 2nd is we were not able to watch tv coz the cable is not working 3rd is there is no reliable internet connection, we needed to do some work but unable to because of this. Very disappointing 4th the electric kettle is broken 5th the water supply was off around midnight, so we were not able to shower before sleeping 6th the location is quite far from everything Will not recommend, and very disappointed.

Best of the best in Cagayan de Oro”
Jeff is one of the best hosts I have ever met in all of our travels. We're a family with toddlers so coming over to CDO was already challenging. Jeff allowed us to check in early considering our situation. The place? I could never be more thankful to find this gem. Hassle-free check-in, very clean place, comfy beds, working hot water, fast and reliable wifi, excellent view and did I mention how wonderful the host is? We will definitely be back and book this place again. Highly recommended.

Not as good as the reviews show...AVOID!”
We ended up doing the housekeeping aspects like fixing the bedsheets, pillowcases, drying the wet tables, etc. Coordination among the staff was super bad. Avoid at all cost!

We had a great stay with family, the owner is very accomodating, plus the unit's view! I also suggest that the owner invest on kitchen hood just to avoid getting the smell all over the place. Overall, again, it was really time and value well spent with family on this unit, highly recommended!

The only bad things are the microwave was broken and Idk if I just don't know how to operate the shower for a hot water or it's also broken.

A perfect place for your holiday getaway with your family. I am with my husband, my 2 toddlers, my mother, and my sister. The overall ambiance and tranquility of the place is superb. Plus its clean and safe for kids. Will definitely choose this place again for future vacations at CDO.
