Location was brilliant breakfast was lovely Host was friendly Beds were comfy Rooms were clean 😊
The on street parking was unavailable. We arrived early but the street was still full of cars also were the surrounding streets. We ended up parking on the houndshil shopping centre carpark. It was newyear though so this may not be the same every week. 😕

the property was filthy I pulled the bed out to recoup my phone that had fallen down the side of the bed and couldn’t believe my eyes the curtains were full of dirt the toilet wax a disgrace never again

the only positive thing about the property was the great location
Everything apart from location. rooms were dirty and damp. chose hotel for bar facilities which were almost non existent . Room very small and cramped. Chose not to shower because of lack of hygiene in toilets. Breakfast was awful. we read all the seemingly good reviews before booking here and can’t relate to any of them. we were never asked if we were happy with our room or breakfast and feel what we paid was not good value in Blackpool at all. No would never stay again!

Very dated Property, will not return.”

The Bed and Breakfast (not a Hotel by any means) is very dated. The room we were given is at top of property. The ceiling was cracked because of water damage. The walls were cracked, paint coming off bathroom door and the shower cubicle was disgusting. A soaking wet towel was left on the landing to catch water coming in from a skylight window.

very well presented, very close to everything. Host Craig was fantastic.
nit picking now, Craig very kindly put us party of 4 with knee problems on the 1st floor, me with partner family room, but would say might be a tad small with children in tow, my friend & daughter in twin room tiny bit of a squeeze…. but come on your only in your room to wash and sleep.
