I like the hotel manager who went all out to please the client but hotel is let down by outdated tech”

The aircon blow only hot air. Setting the thermostat to 10 degree celsius only get you a tempsrature of around 25 degrees, and it blow stale air. This is so unfortunate as the hotel manager has been absolutely lovely!

Если вдруг вы захотите заказать ужин или завтрак в номер, не делайте этого! Ждать будете минимум 2 часа, так ещё и забудут приборы, хлеб, и салфетки. И придётся вам ещё 2 часа ждать. Блюдо остынут и ничего не подогреют. Придётся кушать так. Хотя номер которую я сняла не дешёвый. 72000 тг за сутки. Плюс ресторан тоже не дешёвый так ещё и за сервис в номер платить будете. А номер просторный был, и вид на город 👍🏻Но потом конечно передо мной извинились, были комплименты. Принесли фрукты и мороженное. Как то так.

飯店的服務很好，在入住前有先跟飯店聯繫說會晚到，一到飯店櫃台早已準備好check in的單子，房間也精心佈置，讓人相當驚喜!進入飯店背包與人都要過x光機，櫃台也可協助叫車。
