My Room was so comfortable had all I needed Spa bath was a bonus for my boys as they needed it after there games. We were close to the Fields we played at. Woolies, Bakery Gas Station & Restaurants we’re right next door no need to drive anywhere. Perfect Venue Great Staff was always on board Would Recommend this place to all my family n Friends

I had a last minute Business Trip to Belconnen & chose the Belconnen Way Hotel & Apartments based on it's proximity to my meeting & I was very happy with my room & the service from the staff, great little shopping centre adjacent including a BWS ,also my tariff including parking .I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is closed to local shops and it is convenient for quick shopping. The room was tidy but may need to improve on cleaning some of the furnitures. Bedding was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful when providing information. Plenty of parking near the property.

This was my 2nd stay related to work in Belconnen . My last stay had a cheaper tariff and a better standard of accommodation but it was still a clean comfortable room & a good location if you need to be in this suburb

Adequate hotel but a little pricey for what it is for a single traveler. It's close to Hawker shops which has a Woolworths and a few restaurants and cafes. Overall a comfortable stay as it was very clean and staff were friendly.

First morning someone using a key got into our room while we were sleeping & woke us up. Scared the crap out of my son & I. Found live insects in the toilet. Weirdos around the place outside. Someone camping against a side wall. Rest of room not too bad. Staff friendly.

Staff were nice, room was very basic, fairly clean except when you closed bathroom door and saw a buildup of hair and dirt. It was surprisingly quiet at night and beds were comfortable. Probably a bit pricey considering I have stayed in much newer hotels in the city.

Won't recommend that roon to anyone. Room 404!!!!!!!!!...don't rent the room if the light outside on the window is still operating...worst room ever

Could hear every noise from next room. Entry doors didn't shut prperly so very noisy every time someone closed a door it was loud. Reception on Christmas Mmorning was extremelt rude told my son to F*#K off when he asked if they had any staples as in food.

The Large Queen Bed was comfortable Shower toilet room was tiny. No Frig or tea or coffee making facilities ,just the room.

I booked this getaway as it was my hubby’s 50th Birthday and I had made special request for them to organise something special for him a cake and champagne but when we got there. Nothing was organised. The reception lady looked up to me and said oh I just saw all what you had requested. Didn’t apologise for not getting it done etc. I was even happy to pay for whatever extra they would have organised specially it was a 50th Birthday not 30th or 40th. 50th is special. I also told her we can’t afford to have a big party due to our current financial situation but if you can organise something small....anything that you can do for him. I would really appreciate it. But no they didn’t. I thought this place was a professional place and they cared for their guests and their needs and obviously they don’t. I’m not recommending this hotel to any of my friends and family and to anyone else also I make sure that this review is posted on all well known hotel booking websites.

Not a nice place to stay ”
Whilst my mum was having a shower & I was still in bed (chain was on the door), there was a very soft knock on the door. Prior to even been able to speak, the cleaners opened the door (chain & all). No apology, nothing. Upon checkout & notifying reception, I was told the info would be passed over to management). I felt very unsafe & won’t be staying again
