Welcoming guest house with everything you could possibly need.”

We had a very welcoming host who made us feel comfortable the minute we arrived. Very well presented and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. They even provided milk and pastries which was a lovely touch. Communal living space was very comfortable and homely. Thank you again. We will most definitely return in the future.
I have no complaints regarding my visit, but if I had to choose. I would recommend a shoe rack for guests in the porch area as this property request that everyone removes there shoes before entering the guest house. Which is a perfectly acceptable request.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Excellent location to experience the area. We walked everywhere but there was a train station and bus station all within walking distance if you wanted to go out farther. Our host did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. The guest house was clean and what you see on booking. We would highly recommend and even more so for family.

Ian and Rhonda were very welcoming, the property was very clean. The bunk rooms were comfortable. This is a perfect base for exploring Loch Lomond or a jump off into the highlands. Water sports, cycling or Monroe bagging can be enjoyed from Bellavista. A perfect week made even more enjoyable by the hosting. Handy for the train station and local amenities.

Having checked out early from Sunnyside B&B as was awful. We were undecided to cut our trip short. However so pleased we found this gem. Easy to park Has facilities to make a breakfast and pack lunch Shared living space Black out blinds Lovely environment Clean Lots of finishing touches Really clean
Nothing Only improvement could be a recycling bin in room. But this is only because her standard is already high.

Excellent trip, perfect location and great house to stay in.”

Excellent location, lots to do for children of all ages within walking distance. The teenagers took part in the water sports, tree zone and crazy golf and my toddler went to the park and sea life centre. We took a 1 hour boat trip of the loch which was great. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden at the guesthouse where the owner had left toys including goals and a trampoline which kept the kids amused.

Bright, comfortable room in a great location at the bottom of Loch Lomond.
The signage for the property was limited and pretty ambiguous. I had to call to make sure I was in the right place, and even then I felt like I was trespassing in someone’s garden.

The accommodation was very central and walking distance Loch Lomand shores which is where we were heading with the kids.
My only issue was it was a bit more expensive compared to what my friend paid for a hotel next door and hers included breakfast. In saying that can’t complain as the accommodation was very clean,well kept and the owner was lovely. Thanks for having us.

Perfect location, a wee home from home. Spotlessly clean, nice touch with the wee fridge in the communal area which was nice to sit at night when the kids were down. Beds were really comfortable and we all felt at home.

Owners and their kids were great. The location was one of the best in the entire Loch Lomond area. Great parking. Lots of walks and attractions nearby. Lovely area. Room was spotless.
Not a major issue and we may have missed the emailed directions but it didn’t come up on google maps.
