Perfect”
This was the 2nd time I’ve stopped in this hotel and it was just perfect.......I travel for hospital appointments so the location is perfect for me, 5 mins walk from Russell Square Tube station, 7 mins to NHNN and GOSH, the little steakhouse, 2 doors down sells lovely food, the rooms are decorated beautifully, huge TV in each room, only tiny problem was that the plug socket wasn’t securely fastened to the wall.... as though someone had really pulled on a plugged in cable. I will DEFINITELY be booking again

Small but very clean and comfortable”
I stayed for one night and it was as comfortable as being in my own bed. Rooms are smaller than they look on the photos but very clean and very comfortable. I didn't see any staff as I arrived late night and left early and the reception is only open 12-6. It's in a great central location, lots of restaurants and bars around, easy to get to from Russell Square tube station. I will definitely book again!

good location, nice rooms but basic general decor”
the hotel suited us very well. the staff were helpful and efficient and the room was clean comfortable and pleasant. location suited us perfectly and is a short walk from our arrival at kings cross station and a pleasant walk to covent garden and the embankment. we found a great cafe nearby for breakfast. would happily stay here again. first impression was not great as the entry area is very "hostel" like but fine once we go to our room.

Good hotel for one night visit”
A good hotel for anyone passing through London via Kings cross or St pancreas station. Close to the station (about a ten minute walk) and also in a good location for a bite to eat with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The room was a good size, clean and tidy. A little bit of noise from traffic outside during the night but not unbearable. Overall the stay was pleasant for one night for the price we paid.

Perfectly fine”
I was a bit hesitant about this property given some of its more negative reviews on another website but it turned out to be just fine. You would be hard pressed to find a more centrally-located hotel at this price point. My "luxury room" was just big enough for one person (maybe two if you're really, really into each other, but that would be pushing it). I arrived late at night and left early in the morning and it was a warm summer weeknight at that. I had only a single overnight bag so the steps weren't an issue. The room was clean, the bed a bit spongy but adequate, and there was an ironing board and iron in the room. The self check-in system is efficient. I did not encounter any staff because I was there when they weren't there. I did not see any facilities. This building obviously used to be a bed-sit and it has been converted into small, functional motel rooms. You would have to be mad to expect something more posh at this price point in this city. My only complaints would be the flickering light bulb at the landing on the top floor, the chip in the tile by the bed in my room, and the tepid water (a potential problem in the winter months). Otherwise, I would certainly stay here again when I need to be in the King's X/St. Pancras area.

Okay if you don't mind passive smoking”
The hotel was good and, considering the cost and location, it's hard to pick fault. I liked the check-in process, as I just had to enter a code on a keypad to get through the front door, then another code on a key safe box, and I was in. The only annoying thing was this Chinese man staying in the basement apartment, who thought it fine to chain smoke with the external door propped open, sitting on a chair next to the door but INSIDE his room. Effectively, he was smoking in the hotel, which I didn't think was allowed. I pointed this out to the staff via their emergency contact number and I was told "I send a housekeeper to talk to this guest," but then heard nothing more and the man just carried on chain smoking, day and night. The cigarette smoke from this one guest seemed to permeate throughout the entire hotel.

This is a good budget hotel in a central London”
Best place to stay for back packers traveler. This is a budget hotel in a central London location. The picture on its website show it in a different light to its actual state but it is a budget hotel. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean and so were the towels. Everything in the room worked. The finish of the room was great.

Value for money”
Small hotel with rooms not larger than necessary. No Internet connection though and some small annoyances (the low water pressure in the shower for example), but overall clean and good bed. Easy to take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow to Russell Square and this hotel. Good price.

Great location for the money”
Brilliant location, the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a cheap hotel near the louvre, this place is perfect. Only downside is the shared shower room and the worlds smallest elevator. However for the price, we were very happy and would certainly stay again. If you want a flash hotel, you need to pay for a flash hotel.

Suen”
Some of the reviews I saw made we question staying here but the room was value for money, very clean and the shower great. Details sent for checking in were clear. The TV reception was poor but we were only staying overnight so not an issue.

Very good”
Room only.Very basic reception, self serve unless staff on site. This could be seen as an advantage. Room was really nice, shower fixed on scolding hot. Kettle completely worn out, and at that point staff on site luckily, who went out and bought me a new one. Nice room, but I think for that price, will be looking for a different hotel next time.

Lovely clean hotel, excellent value for money”
I have never stayed in a3 star hotel, as a principal I stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. I was very happy that this hotel was so clean and its standards were just like a 4 star hotel. The floors in the bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. The only thing not up to scratch was the bed's headboard but otherwise I can not fault this hotel, will definitely stay there again.

Cheap but decent if not staying for a long time”
I had to book this fairly last minutes as I needed a hotel near St. Pancreas Rail Station for an early morning Eurostar to Holland. It's small and not fancy at all, my room was in the basement with no lift and half under ground so a bit dark and depressing but it was clean, had free internet and a flat screen TV so it suited my needs fine.

feels a bit run down”
Not a fan of the very impersonal service and check-in procedure. Room was clean having a room at the back of the building away from the street it was quiet considering it is in London. But the whole place is very tightly packed and cramped. Stairs are a nightmare to negotiate, window was broken so wouldn't open to let any fresh air in, bed on casters on a polished tile floor, so it moves around alot!

Good location if you want to stay in Central London”
The hotel is good but very noisy as its connected to the roadside. Good features is exactly down the hotel you have a small super market and 2-3 Indian restaurants. You also have coffee shops very nearby.

Wouldn’t Reccomend”
WiFi didn’t work, had to use personal hotspot. Got woken up in the morning from an alarm in a neighboring room, went off for 45 minutes. Could hear TV in other room and people using their shower. Shower warm was cold and lukewarm after a few minutes.
