While pictures showed a clean modern facility the real thing left much to be desired. Upon arrival no one was at the desk for check in and it took 10 minutes to find someone to obtain keys to our unit. The elevator was quick, but sounded like it was on it's last leg and we weren't sure if it was going to make it each time it was used. The front door also had seen better days, from rust spots to not fitting the space properly (gaps, jams didn't match up) which made it very difficult to lock. While mostly clean, the interior also had signs of wear with multiple broken tiles, dated bath, and cheap sliding door with blinds that would not open or close properly nor lock. Great location in Bellaire and right on the beach, but not worth the price with other options in the same price range with much more modern features.
