Pros: easy to find, near to the tourism strip Just 15mins walk. Accessible to nearby transportation, very friendly staff, spacious room for 3. Aircon is very cool. Cons: not super clean but acceptable, No wifi.

Cheaper option near the sea port”

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the seaport and malls. The rooms were quite small, but it has all the basic necessities.

The address that you given to us is not correct. We were looking around 30 mins. The picture in your website were very nice to look but it was bluff. Squatter area, the room is not clean properly. It was smelly of urine, the toilet bowl was not ok. Instead we paid two nights. We slept one night only because we were transfered to another Hotel

It harms the travel mood”

Like a community life of the real estate owner's relatives and our guests begin with barking of their 4 dogs in early morning. They have no recognition as accommodation. Feed fast the dogs!! No quiet awakening to this inn. First of all, it must be accustomed to barking dogs like a wake-up trumpet. I had stayed reluctantly for 10 nights here. Why the review score of this inn has so high? You shouldn't expect the WIFI environment in the room. And can't connect at 4G(LTE) here. They have no awareness that cleaning of the room and exchanging of bath towel are daily routine. So,Bed sheets exchange must be made by yourself. The first floor of the room should be avoided. Surely it will be plagued by ants and aphids. It differs from the actual position indicated by "on the map". Although urged the correction it but still wrong.

We booked this place, because of the great ratings on agoda. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The rooms smelled, there were ants running all over the floor, the toilet didn't flush properly, dog pop was inside the hotel... There isn't much positive about this place, besides the price ?! There are better options in town than this place !

I love our room. It's so big and clean and the bathroom is huge too. the place itself is nice. the only problem is, they are not doing housekeeping everyday. like we stayed there for 3 nights and they didn't clean our room even once. We had to tell them to clean it. The rest is fine.

Dont confuse Pension House for an Old folks Home!”

I like the fact that the Pension House looks like a room at home instead of a hotel. Been travelling for work for 3 weeks and I was starting to miss home so this was great. Was skeptical at first since Ive never seen a Pension House before. Consider it like Homestay. Location is a bit out of the way from the main malls but the taxis arent expensive so just cab around. Its a little difficult to find if you are new, so make sure you have their phone number handy so you can call the hotel staff for directions.

Convenient Location”

It was a pleasant stay, much like being at home. There's hot shower, cable TV, towels, tissue paper, and bars of soap. The rest you can either bring or purchase it at the counter. It's very close to BS Aquino Drive where two big fastfood restaurants are fronting each other. You can also walk the other way to Lacson St. where the MassKara party is throbbing. The staff and security guards are especially friendly, even the househelp . . . and the cute dogs! The pension house is actually located within the residence of the owner, so it's wise to keep that in mind and respect their privacy by not being loud.

営業を開始して何年になるのか知らないが、どうやらBelles Pension Houseは１階の一部と２階とを間借りしてるようであり、誰が従業員で誰がもともとの居住者なのかが入り混じり、平気で居住者らしき老人がパジャマ姿でフロント周辺をうろつく様を頻繁に見かける。このような状況を良しとするかどうかは別として宿泊業務として何をすべきかを従業員は把握できていないのは確かである。あるいはこのクラスのフィリピンの宿は業務が本来どうあるべきかよりもフィリピン人の気質が優先するのかもしれない。良く言えば､フィリピン人の本質を安い宿泊費のお陰で教わったようにも思う。この宿の周辺には月額3000円ほどのドミトリーと看板表示される現地人のための住居が立ち並ぶが、特に危険を感じることはなかった。従って食堂も低価額である。あるいは徒歩2分で外食チェーンが立ち並ぶような地域である。
