Amazing owners and staff, a comfortable place to stay”

The hotel itself is immaculately clean and the scent of the place was so fragrant. The staff were very courteous and helpful.Economy room was the only available that time but it has a great view of the Bell Tower and Church of St. Augustine which were so fascinating both day and night (from Rm 310).Eventhough they're so busy because of the holy week,the owner herself Tita Gaye,took her time to have a chat with each of the guests as if we're family members she didn't see for a long time. She even introduced us to her husband Tito Sen and suggested places around Vigan.They treated us like family members. breakfast has local longganisa which was so tasteful and staff made sure you enjoyed your meal. The only hotel that i have seen so far in the suburbs that has a bathroom with a bidet like in Japan(find out yourself). If you want an accommodation that is like home away from home, this is the place, and you will never regret it. Will surely come back to the "North"and definitely stay here

Affordable and Convenient ”

Location is a few minutes drive from the main streets of Calle Crisologo etc.. Staffs were very accomodating. Rooms were a bit small but rates are affordable and included breakfast. We had an issue with leaks in our room and there was no maintenance personnel available at the time. We then requested to be transfered and we were helped right away.

Best place to stay in Vigan”

The hotel is just 90m away from the main road so it is very accessible. The room is spacious, clean and has separate toilet and bath which is good for big groups. Breakfast is local food and served in penthouse. Staff are very accomodating. We highly recommend this hotel to tourists! Best place to stay in Vigan!!

Great accomodation”

This is a new place, so it doesn't have the old vibe like other hotels, but it is near enough from the center yet quiet, and far enough from all the noise. Staff were helpful and attentive. Our requests for toiletries, electric kettle, fresh towels are responded to asap.

An average hotel with polite and kind staff”

What I like: 1. Their staff are polite and responsive. 2. Parking is free. 3. Near to Bantay Belltower 4. Near Main road What I dont like: 1. Double deck bed - prone to hitting your head if your height is 5'6" above 2. Poor t.v. cable reception 3. No fridge 4. Their free breakfast is crap, except for the longganisa. 5. No aircon in their dining area - 5th floor. 6. If their elevator is not working and you are booked in their 4th floor then all I can say is goodluck. We went through this ordeal when we arrived and my parents are already senior citizens. 7. Very very very far from Calle Crisologo. Overall, it is an average hotel with above average rating staff.
