Excellent palce to stay, if you're prepared to forego several facilities, Wifi, My use was to make additional trips arrange to go on fishingjaunts. Wifi failed for a least two days, Promises of attn but when I left it hadn't been rectified. My room was facing a motorway, double glazing was damaged so all day and night the roar of traffic, trucks motorbikes, terrible. Of course the view was also quite magnificent, a bloody motorway, I could have camped on any motorway in the world and achieved the same thing. Several other shortcomings made the stay a frustrating experience. Such a shame, to treat paying people in this way. Sorry Doubletree by Hilton but that's how I feel I was let down by your hotel. This is the 7th hilton I've stayed in and the second worst. That title goes to Hilton Hotel Stansted Airport UK

Our first time staying at Hampton Inn in West Palm Beach was very pleasant. The Staff were very professional, friendly, attentive and always willing to give us information about the City, they even offered us cookies :) We were very surprised to see a microwave inside the room it was very helpful, the only complaint we have is no dresser drawers to store personal items. Hopefully next time we stay there it would be dresser drawers. Overall Great Hotel. Thanks for having us.

The following is a list of things I did not like about this hotel: 1. Grits are a southern staple. There were no grits on the breakfast bar. 2. Housekeeping does not actually clean your room unless they are specifically told to do so. They will simply take out trash and dirty towels and replace your dirty towels. No vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom or dusting furniture if you don't speak up. 3. The fire alarm went off three nights in a row due to some kind of malfunction. Hotel management is aware of the problem but it's not fixed. At no point did anyone come over the intercom and inform guests that it was okay to return to their rooms. We had to figure that out on our own. 4. The furniture in the rooms needs upgrading.

we enjoy our stay here in this hotel. quick pick up from the airport, the shuttle's driver is friendly. the moment we enter the hotel premises up to the room, the smell is nice. we did not smell any cigarette smoke. the room size is big enough for a couple to move freely and breathe. there's a free newspaper. what about the free breakfast. bingo, real breakfast. you can relax eating your breakfast because you had a choice. we were able to get a military discount also.
