Will book again here at prime hotel. Can you imagine the session road is right beside the hotel and 2-3 mins of walk to Burnham park, night market, cathedral. Also if you don't have a private car just a few steps and you are already at the terminal going to mines view good shepherd, the mansion etc. Book na! Pag labas ng hotel session road na talaga haha

Right smack at the center of Session road, all tourist venues are easily accessible from this place. While the building is quite old (It’s been there for decades), and no elevator straight to the basement parking, the staff is quite helpful, attentive, nice, and prompt. Definitely a convenient place to stay, though the heater could be warmer than I personally prefer, or maybe I happen to be there during a rainy season and would have liked something really warm amidst the 17-degree climate. Generally, we highly recommend the place. Thank you Benguet Prime for the lovely stay. Special mention to Kuya Gilbert of Housekeeping, and Ryan as well as the other parking attendant at the hotel, for the great customer experience.

Budget friendly and Perfect Location”
Me and my partner checked-in last Feb 18-20 as celebration of my bday. The bldg looks better in person than in pictures online. The front desk staff are very courteous and friendly. Since travelling on a very tight budget, we decided to take jeepneys in going to and fro tourist destinations. And the front staff are very knowledgeable in guiding us what jeepney to ride on and where to find it. The location is super perfect since it is in the center of Session Road, near Bus stations. The only underwhelming in this establishment is the few choices for breakfast. But that's understandable knowing you can get a 1600/night Matrimonial room with free bfast for 2. Best thing about them is that they have luggage area wherein if you check-out in the afternoon and your trip back to Manila is later that day, you can leave your luggage in a secured area for free, so you can still roam around Baguio. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will go back here definitely.

5 star hotel like features like bottled water with snacks pa! Toiletries , free plated breakfast, TV ( old style) , electric fan and aircon, sofa and dining set for 2 with very reasonable price! The only downside is it is really an old hotel that needs to be retouched and modernized. But never mind that it's understandable.. maybe start with changing the bed frame

Great Hotel for the Price”
budget hotel that provides good breakfast meal and very accommodating staff. I suggest you get the room without the AC but with the balcony. It gets super cold in Baguio even during summer season and you cannot really use the AC so better get the room with the balcony where you can see the session road. This hotel is very accessible as well, just a walking distance to Burnham Park, SM Baguio and to a lot of restaurants along session road. You can easily spot a taxi ride going to any tourist spots in Baguio. I also suggest to book the exact date of your stay because decisive booking of your extended stay does not guarantee you'd get the exact same room as your original hotel room just like our case we were moved to a not-so nice room because of the full occupancy of other nice rooms.

Great location in the centre of Session road. Fantastic staff , very helpful guard in the basement parking area. Only negatives lack of mini bar to keep your drinks cold and poor shower. Otherwise great place to stay.

Will definitely stay here again. Even tho the place is a bit old it's really the best location for everything. Near in burnham park, session road and even baguio. Very accessible to taxi as well. Don't expect too much on the rooms but the staffs are really nice. I really do love how the place is really near in session road and all the resto! 😊

Old homey hotel, Good location, free breakfast”
The hotel is and old hotel, but it’s still good and well-maintained. Elevator is fast, and stairs are also easily accessible. There’s a supermarket in the basement level. Nearby many fast food along session road. Walking distance to SM Baguio and Burnham park. The breakfast is satisfying, although the choices everyday during our stay is the same (daing na bangus, tocino and longganisa served with fried rice, egg, and coffee or juice) you can opt to add breakfast viands at additional fee that you can pay in cash at the cafeteria. The room is big and spacious, nice view of session road where we can hear the energy of Baguio crowd. It has cable TV. The bathroom is also spacious with hot shower. The linens and towels seem old also but it’s fine with us. We had an overall comfortable stay. The staff are all nice and helpful. Would stay again in this hotel if I go back for vacation.
