Near subway watanabe-dora but need to transit from Tenjin to Tenjin Minami station which takes 800m walk. Staffs are nice & helpful. Room is clean, seems newly renovated. A small wet market on next street but not really worth visiting. A 24 hrs store at the corner, just 1 min walk. Good to stay here.

The staff are hospitable to guests. The breakfast buffet is yummy. The room is so clean. Everything is perfect. The only thing not so good was its wifi on the 3rd floor. I was not able to connect to the wifi and complained about it to the staff but I didn't use it.

good deal. kind of far from the subway, but location is good if you want peace and quiet but still want to be around convenience stores and restaurants. there's a nearby hotto motto and coco ichibanya. staff was very helpful and accommodating. breakfast selection and variety was good too! this place is a great deal for what you pay.

We got a smoking room but it was OK. The staff was friendly but with limited English. Very well located near cute izakayas (you need to reserve) and 10min drive to train/bus station. There are not many international ATMs in the city but your best bet is 7/11 stores and there are a couple very close to the hotel.

location is good about 5 mins walk from bus stop and train station, walking disctance with some of the tourist spots. Value for money though breakfast should be improve. The hotel are all super nice!

A little far from city! But if you like walking, you like it. It takes 20mins by walk to Tenjin sta. Around hotel, there is 24hr market! And so clean room, kindness staff ! I feel free there, i will go there again !

Very Accommodating and Very Helpful”
The place was near bus stops and easy to get to. They're very accommodating and the staff are really helpful. It's a good place to stay at for tourists. Just book early especially if you wish for a room with 2 beds. The non-smoking areas really get booked fast. My stay here was really comfortable. ^_^

Their Staff were top-notch, it's a pity that the hotel is outdated. Their service could rival that of a higher hotel staff service. The hotel itself though needs a make over. The hotel condition doesn't justify how great their staff were

Good Value and Location”
Overall was a nice hotel with a larger than usual room compared to the tiny business hotel rooms you find in Japan. Location was near Tenjin and Hakata with many choices for shipping and eating. Would stay again.

Consistent quality”
This was my second stay here and they did not disappoint. The remaining staff remembered me and that was lovely. They are always friendly and professional. The facilities are what you would expect and the room was clean and tidy. There is shopping nearby, direct bus access to tourist sites and the underground. Highly recommended.

For a night or two”
It's an older hotel that offers you a good stay for a night or two. The walls are a little thin and most of the rooms are smoker rooms and therefore smell a little but other than that, the whole hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Good value needs some changes.”
Overall fair value for the money if you can pay a reduced rate. Room curtain was broken and light came in at night making it difficult to sleep. Another negative point is the early checkout time of 10 a.m. No real lobby so difficult just to sit and relax on main floor.
