чистота, нет запахов, нет шума от посторонних людей, отдельный вход в гостевой дом, есть кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, холодильник. В двух шагах есть продуктовый магазин. Можно заказать доставку еды, тут этому не препятствуют. И соотвественно бюджетная цена, за номер по букингу отдали 11 тысяч тенге.

Был только одну ночь на отдых-поспать. В коридоре есть холодильник, микроволновка. При позднем заезде можно поздно выехать. В целом все было хорошо удобно. Понятно это не похоже на обычную гостиницу, но вполне ок для самостоятельных путешественников + адекватная цена.

Так как путешествовали по работе, в номере оставались только на отдых-поспать. Понравилось то, что есть холодильник, продукты можно разогреть в микроволновке, приветливый персонал. При выезде разрешили остаться до 14ч, хотя выезд официально в 12ч( отдельное спасибо за это, так как рейс был на вечер). В номерах тепло, даже очень. Спасибо владельцу гостиницы, что сразу отвечал на все вопросы, подсказал, что, где и как по городу, помог с регистрацией и дал адреса необходимых инстанций. В следующий раз опять приеду сюда.
Ничего отрицательного сказать не могу. Всё хорошо.
