It was a great stay!!”
The room was very neat and clean with a window opening towards the street. The bathroom was clean and hot water available 24/7. The lift was not working though and I advise you to ask about the floor you are given the room on because it can be a bit of a hassle with luggage to go on the fifth floor via stairs. Otherwise our stay was pleasant as it is centrally located and just a 3 to 5 min walk from tube station and street full of cafes and restaurants.

The location is perfect. Just minutes away you are already at tube stations, notably bayswater tube. There are plenty of marts and restaurant just behind the hotel. If you are a malaysian like myself you will be very happy with their local selections offered. If you enjoy strolling at parks, there is Kensingyon Park which you can walk through to Hyde Park. You can even take a nice long walk to Notting Hill. As most of the time I will be out and about, hence eventhough the hotel is old but the room and bathroom is clean and comfy.

Good place to stay”
First time staying in Berjaya Eden Park hotel. noticed that the location is great, just located at the back of bayswater and queensway station, nearby the popular four season and goldmine Chinese restaurant, a few supermarkets like sainsburys and tesco, boots pharmacy. both morning and night shifts Berjaya staffs are very attentive and friendly, assisted us in carrying the luggages to taxi. However there’s charges for luggage storage after check out at 11am, £1 each piece. The only downside was we’re staying at 4th floor, the elevator was not working, will be fixed next week as mentioned by the night shift staff. It’s all good at the reasonable price for the great location and customer service thank you

Most positive experience with a hotel in my life! Seriously. Yes, the rooms and the bathroom are small, but it’s warm and cozy, the beds are comfortable, the tv is good and it’s cute and clean. The location is top, 2 min from Hyde park, tube and bus stops. You didn’t travel to spend days in your room anyway, did you? And the people there, I’ve been travelling quite a lot and we’ve never met somebody like our favourite receptionist ever, here in this hotel! My child was excited every time we would be going back to the hotel, asking if he’s gonna be there! We couldn’t ask for a better accommodation :) they will be seeing us again

Amazing Staff and Location”
We really enjoyed our stay in London, the deluxe room was great and always clean. They change our towels everyday and the staff was so positive and helpful. Cheap Hotel, Great Value”
My husband and I had a great stay there. We were there for just under a week and the staff were amazing. Bed was quite comfortable, pillows weren’t great. The only thing we wish we had was a fridge so we could store some food. But aside from that it’s a great location and great value for price

Excellent stay”
I have stayed in many hotels in the bayswater and paddington area over the years. This was one of my favourites. Quiet hotel, the room (suite) was large and well equip with everything one might need for a 4 or 5 night stay. Would love to see a mini fridge in the rooms though, and unfortunately the safe in the room wasn’t in a working condition. I like to securely leave my portable devices in the room while I go about my day, but unfortunately they had to come with me. That said, I didn’t tell anyone so they had no opportunity to sort it. It’s not the end of the world. All in all, you’ll see me here again for sure.

We paid around 150$ for two for four nights, and it was perfect. Staff was super nice, even though we checked-in at 2AM they had no problem. Room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Value for money is astonishing.

Stayed here for 23 nights. This hotel is located at a perfect location, it’s near to everything — restaurants, convenient stores, underground (tube) stations (Bayswater & Queensway), multiple bus stops, Hyde Park. Love the surrounding ambience, so peaceful. The hotel staffs are very friendly, they helped me a lot throughout my stay. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in London. I would give good reviews on almost all of the aspects as below: Pro: - good hotel with friendly staff, clean room and tranquil atmosphere…Suitable for solo/couple traveller - lift: small but well functioning - walking distance to nearby bayswater tube station, good starting point for travelling - nearby restaurant, groceries as well as souvenir shops (for last minute shopper) - attentive staff: helping to book early morning cab to airport, diligent housekeeping cons: - lift is small and can accomodate one or two adults with small luggages - difficulty carry large luggages around as there are staircases you need to climb before reaching the lift, but you can ask for help from the counter staff.

All food choices is just 3-5 mins walks. 2 tube stations nearby. Bayswater and Queensway. Few tesco, Boots and whatever crosses your mind is pretty much there in Bayswater. Best choices for value too. Good stay !!

Cosy cute room for solo traveller”
I stayed on their 2nd floor (but need to hike 3rd floor up - no lift) hotel which i find acceptable and a cosy cute room. I love their bed as its comfy and really help me to hv good sleep! The room space rather small but decent and window facing open space so very bright which i like. Easy access to the sub and walking distance to a lot attractions, grocery and eateries which sooooo convenient. Highly recommended 👌
