"The words to describe this wonderful, slightly hidden, treasure are: sublime, understated, welcoming, perfection and delightful! The staff, the owners - they could not do enough for you. The room is wonderful, the views over to Wales, over the water made sunsets and sunrises awesome. They provide great coffee and Birchall tea in the room (which is a highly recommended tea!). The professionalism of the team is just perfect. Everything is just so well balanced. The surroundings are well looked after, there is a mindfulness garden to be at one with nature. It's like a mini Downton Abbey! The food is great. Things you must try are: - 5 Miles From Clifton (cocktail) - Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs (for breakfast) - Scallops, black pudding and orange (A La Carte starter) - Marmite Monkfish (A La Carte Main) - Champagne Afternoon Tea (the best sandwiches, scones) Anything you ask, is really no problem at all. They really do look after you, I felt totally spoilt. So very needed!!!"
