Part1: It’s our first time to book in a traveler’s inn and after our stay I realized that it’s totally different from a typical hotel. It was a family summer event so we booked 3 rooms. BESM seemed to be the best option in Agoda since we’re going to Minalungao National Park. When we arrived, we just entered the gate to park but there was no one in the area. It actually appeared to be creepy with nobody on sight. I initially thought that it’s an abandoned place, until a housekeeping lady went out from one of the rooms. When I asked for the receptionist, she said she’s the one. In few minutes, she gave us our keys. The rooms are big enough to accommodate us, composed of 14 persons.

Besm Traveller's Inn is one of the few options you can find in Nueva Ecija. If you are looking for value for the money, this is the right accommodation for you. It is located in a very quiet place but the roads were a little rough and bumpy. I was served with a welcome drink upon arrival and the check-in process is very easy. Wish the way they process of handling their calls were more professional. They aren't rude or anything, they just don't follow any structure. Overall, my stay was okay.

Affordable with Indoor Pool”
Best choice in Nueva Ecija considering amenities and service relative to the price. The deluxe family room was clean and spacious and was right beside their indoor pool. It was almost like a small suite because the queen bed was in a smaller room separate from the 4 bunk beds and had separate airconditioning units. They have ample parking space. The place is also located along the highway so ot was easy to find. You can order food from or take a short trike to a nearby Ministop and eateries. I personally did not expect much when I booked the place because the room was so affordable, but it turned out to be a very good experience for the whole family. �

Seeing this is the only online hotel located in Gapan, it covers the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Double room with single bed was adequate and satisfactory. Both beds and room were comfortable enough, including the much needed A/C thankfully. Our room opened out to the large central swimming pool which is undercover - great for those hot scorching days! The reception staff were helpful enough, however were a bit confused with my Aussie accent and English. Free breakfast was miscommunicated on ordering - however was rectified and saved by the chef! Good man! Staff seem to have no break/amenities area of their own and seem to be squished into one small space at the Reception desk, so I was a bit puzzled as to who I was meant to address for check-in. The grounds are large enough to accommodate a playground and gardens if the owner had time to tend to it. Would it make it more family oriented. No other issues. Comfortable stay and rooms while travelling - does the job at a great price!

The Real Deal for Cleanliness and Value in Gapan City ”
We spent the night here to drive to Minalungao National Park the next morning. Thumbs up reviews to Besm's cleanliness were spot on! We were pleasantly surprised. So glad the owner has good sense to paint the rooms largely white. If they can place a bigger sink in the Family Room's toilet that would be perfect!

My family enjoyed our stay here. The location is peaceful. The room is spacious that comes with coffee table. The beddings are clean. All rooms are located near the indoor pool so it's not a problem for the children to go-back and forth. The staff were really nice. The food is inexpensive but taste good!

I booked a double room 1 month in advance. When I arrived at the inn, the staff did not find my booking (they found out the next day). That night I was given a solo room (single bed). But my booking was for a double bed room and they said 'it wasn't available' so I just settled with the single room. Still, in my credit card I was charged the same amount without discount for the room change.

Best to Stay if Coming From or Going To Minalungao National Park”
Though this hotel still needs a lot of improvements, this is the best hotel to stay at when you are coming from Minalungao National Park before proceeding back to Manila (or vice versa). Its about 45 minutes drive to Minalungao. Breakfast served needs a lot of improvement though. We were served with instant coffee, a piece of hotdog, scrambled egg and a cup of cooked rice. We were never given any option regarding breakfast. Towels were fresh and were really white. And the toilet was surprisingly clean!

We booked the deluxe room for family for the all souls day. The property informed us that there is an additional 12% vat which was not reflected in my payment. They have to destroy the door knob because the person occupying the room before us were not able to give the keys back. the room was kept clean and the staff were courteous.

Simple motel-like hotel with nice indoor swimming pool”
Not much choice in this area of Nueva Ecija but this hotel is ok for short stay. Very small standard room with no hot water but very clean. Better to stay in deluxe poolside room with direct pool access. Very friendly staff , didn’t try breakfast. Would stay again as hotel had a nice feel to it.

room is ok. with free iced tea upon check-in. limited food selection to SILOGs and no near fastfood around the area. the pool is big and clean, and we enjoyed it. with billiard table to play on. parking lot is big. the downside is the free breakfast does not come with free coffee (a little bit overpriced for a cup of instant coffee)

Very simple but clean - 2 rooms - Double bed in 1 and 2 bunk beds in the other, basic bathroom. Covered Pool area which is good otherwise it is too hot/sunny to be outside - nothing around, need to drive 20km to next town to find nice food etc..

It's budget-friendly, good for quick stops and not so bad they have a pool and complementary breakfast but unfortunately, in my family of four, only 2 were given free breakfast, which is kinda disappointing because they didn't clearly state on the listing that breakfast is limited for a certain number of people in a group or family wi-fi connection is a bit intermittent

1. There is no staff readily available to answer your call 2. No fresh air circulating around the room. Once you switch off the aircondition the room smell. 3. No wardrobe to put your clothes on. 4. No hot water.
