Great Convenient Location ”
One of the best location I've stayed at in Shinjuku. Room was clean ready when I arrived and my special request was fulfilled as promised. You got konbini right around the corner, 24hrs coin laundry 10 mins walk next to a domino pizza.

The room is very small , no kitchen , no microwave, but its ok since the price is so expensive , but the problem Is with the bedsheet . When i tried to sleep i feel something not comfortable with my skin ,land my body, since i smeel sumthing not good because the room is very humid and i think i feel itch bcause the mite

Cool aircon and good location. Bathroom has no bidet and hot water facilities (or maybe instruction wasnt given). Bedsheet kinda has that dusty feeling. Very small location for group, but good for 2 people.

Great location, friendly host, but....”
The location is nearby Shinjuku and easily accessible. Host is friendly and responsive. However the room is not clean and much more dirtier than what shown in picture. It's dusty and has a stench. Limited space to walk around and cannot open luggages at one time. Not recommend for group more than 2.

The worst of all Agoda hotel experience I had.”
I will try to be fair in my feedback. The host is ok. He responded quite quickly. However, the quality of the place is the problem. The place is 900 meters from the main Shinjuku station. From Shinjuku chome, it is closer, but you need to climb up stair. The walk was relatively doable. Just lots of people since it is a very commercial area so pushing suitcases are not recommended. The good thing is the building has lift to go up. The room is about 12 sq meters. With 2 double beds and air conditioner and sofa and metal garbage bin to collect water from the aircon, only a narrow path at the end of beds was left to walk pass. The air conditioning was really old, noisy and went off a couple of times. Even the host was trying to fix it, but we left the place to look for another hotel near by. The room is dusty and dirty. The kitchen cabinet is really dirty. Not even by Japanese standards but any standards. So it was a big surprise as I often traveled to Japan and had experience in homestay many times per year. The bedsheets are those towel liked fabric. The towels are those cheap and hard, small, a bit bigger than hand towels. If you go for vacation and can’t risk having aircon that stops often at night in a small dusty room, please reconsider elsewhere.

Terrible experience ”
Booked place. Arrive at location but it did NOT look like the picture. Corresponded with host to try to exchange to his other room and pay the difference. Tells me to contact Agoda to make changes (same day booking). Met and talked to cleaner. Tell cleaner this room is not what I booked. I will be booking another place. Cleaner calls host, tells me that host agrees to switch over to other room. Great! Cleaner tells me to take taxi over immediately. Pay for taxi, arrives at new location. Waited almost 1 HOUR, no reply from host, and no one showed up. Booked another place. Receives a message from host almost 3hours later giving me instructions on how to enter new location... at this point I’ve paid and got a hotel. Thanks but NO THANKS!

Good location and budget ”
I stayed there with my family. The room is quite small for us because there are 4 people and many luggages. There are 2 beds and 1 sofa, heater, hairdryer, bathroom, bathtub. But the room is clean and convenient. Very good location. Not far from Shinjuku station. A value for money”
The apartment is very convenient since it is only 2 minutes walk away from the Shinjuku San Chome station. It is very near to food shops, as well as convenient stores. The space is quite small if you are more than 3 people with big luggage. But if you are only travelling with light luggage, then the apartment is highly recommended. Beds are too comfortable and might want to make you sleep even more.

Decent location but Dirty and broken window”
The place is in a relatively convenient area, but beware, it is dirtier than what the pictures make it out to be . Stains on the bed and couch, the towels and bed sheets provided didn't seem too clean either. The window was cracked so we couldn't close it, making it very cold . Would not recommend.

Countermeasures we're done including the cleanliness, More Staff were added and we bought new bed sheets, pillow cases & big towels in order not to encounter this kind of problem in the future. And yes, there is a fridge in each room, it was placed inside a closet & the toilet rolls supplies are in the bathroom closet also, wish you had contacted me so that I had explained it to you. この施設を選んだばかりに、民泊禁止とエレベーター横に書かれており、管理人が駐在しているビルへの出入りをすることとなってしまいました。agodaへ問い合わせたところ、きちんと許可がなされている、とのことでしたが、とてもそうは思えない。なぜなら、メールで送られてきた住所が伏せられていたため、agoda運営から教えてもらった登録している住所も虚偽のものだったので。恐らく、大抵の民泊利用者は、スマホにて検索していくために住所ではなくて建物さえ分かればたどり着けるのだろうと思いました。agoda運営に「無許可ではないのか、そんなところに泊まったということで、犯罪に加担することになっては困る」と言うと、そんなはずはない許可済みだというが、なぜ住所が違うところで登録されているのか？きちんともう一度調査するべき。 窓ガラスが割れていて、テープで貼り付けて何とか保っています。冬だったので暖房がないと寒いのに、暖房が動かず困惑しました。管理者に電話しても繋がりませんでした。もしやリモコンの電池切れかと考え、電池を購入してきて交換したら、動きました。 他にも必要なことがあって、連絡を取りたかったにもかかわらず、この民泊の物件所持者は、電話に出てくれません。
